Pros:Smooth rental experience. Helpful attendants
Cons:Expensive rental. I don't mind paying for nice rental car but price was too HIGH.
Pros:I did not like anything- They did not have any cars so I could not rent a car as planed.
Cons:If they had a car for me.

Pros:We rented a Ford Mustang convertible for a day of fun on vacation. It was a one way drop off. Rate was reasonable for that and the car was in great shape. Attendant was patient and helpful showing me how to operate the roof. Thanks Alamo.
Pros:Nice car, very friendly staff
Cons:Got to the counter during shift change, long wait! But once the right amount of staff was available, it went quickly, and everyone was nice. Dropoff was a breeze. ( sidenote- after we rented the car we had a fraudulent charge on our credit card and had to cancel it, might be a coincidence since we were traveling, but?? maybe not )

Cons:Got hit with a lot of extra fees so ended up being more expensive than anticipated.
We paid for an economy car because that’s all we needed. When my husband got to the car, there was a wrench light on on the dash board. He asked to swap the car for one that did not have an engine problem. The agent told my husband that the light meant nothing. My husband needed a reliable car and continued to insist on a car that was not at risk of failing to get him to his destination. The agent then accused him of just not “liking” the car. He gave him an “upgraded” car and told him the “lady” who lets you out will charge you extra for this car in a threatening way.
Pros:Attendant in garage was very consumer friendly and made up for a poor experience at the reservation counter.
Cons:Customer service agent did not have any of me information regarding the reservation and , in fact, was going to charge me an additional $100 more than the reservation I made on line. Once I questioned the rate, he had to finegal the system to get the rate quoted. Good back end service in the garage. Not so good at the counter.
