Cons:Some cars were dirty inside or smelled of smoke. We tried 4 different cars before finding one without problems. We finally upgraded in order to get a satisfactory car. How ever the staff was patient and polite.

Pros:We booked at full size SUV because we were told via a representative on the phone that is the only way to guarantee 4 wheel drive. When we arrived, they wouldn’t guarantee us 4 wheel drive and would charge us extra to book a smaller car.
