Pros: This was a comfy B and B and the hosts were attentive and accommodating.
Pros: Attention ion to detail and friendliness of owners.
Cons: Nothing....perfect place.
Pros: I loved the welcome, the beautiful and culturally lively decor with warm Soutwestern colors everywhere; the knowledgeable and gracious proprietors, the comfort and the view!
Cons: Everything was great!
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Back yard was excellent for relaxing.
Cons: Not their fault, but the road leading to the location was under construction and a complicated detour was required to get there.
Pros: Everything was perfect and felt at home.
Pros: The Chocolate Turtle exceeded our excpections in every way. From the charming adobe exterior to the beautifully decorated interior guest rooms and great room. Our room was very comfortable, private and quiet and the hosts were very gracious. The best feature was the back yard with its patio, gazebo and stunning views of the Sandias - we saw it at sunrise and although we had to leave early, we stayed another hour just to take it all in. Be sure to take a few minutes to walk around the backyard area and take in the unexpected treasures (bunnies included).
Cons: The fact we had to leave after only one night. Also, somehow iMAPS took us down the wrong street from Loma Larga (avoid Ruffles and go directly to Meadowlark).
Pros: Beautiful setting , surrounded by many great restaurants.
Pros: Everything is very well thought out and cozy. Gorgeous home, breathtaking views. Very comfortable and will definitely visit again.
Pros: Everything about the Chocolate Turtle was perfect, Keith and Denise have created the rare thing of a B&B you don't want to leave.
Cons: Best B&B I've ever been to
The Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is reminiscent of the dwellings of the Santa Ana Pueblo from long ago. the architecture and ambiance of an authentic Southwest Pueblo community is reflected in every aspect of the resort, from open-air courtyards to an adobe-style lobby and complete with tribal history and artwork.
Pros: From the moonlight evening with the campfires setting, the complimentary Lavender and Honey Margarita, to the sunrise and sunset. The place was superb, met all our expectations.
Pros: The room was very clean , spacious and well tended by the cleaning staff
Cons: The service at times in the buffet area and lounge were not the best, felt ignored.
Pros: Beautiful hotel staff seems to be inconsistent small renovation doesn't have the same Native American feel it did the first time so it wasn't the same emotional experience food is incredible at the restaurant
Cons: Staff was fairly friendly at the desk but didn't quite know what was going on was confused whether we paid for the room or not so I had to show them my American Express to confirm that we paid for the room and didn't quite know who to ask for conf.
Pros: Location just whole relaxing vibe of hotel
Pros: 3rd and most likely final visit here.
Cons: Extremely understaffed restaurants. Poor management and service. Overpriced.
Pros: Everything was great, food at Santa Ana was delicious just a tad cold (Buffett)
Cons: Our rooms location.... it was down several long hallways from elevator
Pros: Everything was awesome !
Pros: Food was great. Ate at Corn Maiden.
Cons: Pool a little warmer.
Pros: One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at. Super-friendly personnel, always ready to help and the stables with all its' lovely volunteers helped making the stay for a family extra-ordinary. Nice swimming pool, great kids activities, spacious rooms...
Cons: The only thing that could have been better is the food; as well at the bar as in the restaurant the food did not have enough variation. After three days it felt as if everything was tasting the same... No fish, no 'light' meals ...
Pros: I loved the music from Tom Gutierrez on Saturday night. The trails were also amazing.
Pros: I liked the pool facilities and staff. The room was clean and the bellhop was friendly.
Cons: Check-in front desk was unfriendly. The Santa Ana cafe staff was unprepared, short staffed and the food was salty and undercooked.
Pros: Resort was amazing kid friendly and very peaceful

Cons: rooms are small bathrooms are super small
Cons: Power failed on the night of the 25th before we arrived and we could not check in until 0630 on the 26th. Hotel should have emergency standby power available for computers and phone systems
Pros: The hotel and room were very nice, no complaints at all. It was very comfortable and even felt "plush".
Cons: Well, for the price I paid, breakfast should have been included. I wasn't willing to pay $9.95 for the amount of breakfast I can eat, so I didn't have anything at the hotel.
Pros: We totally enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our needs, the room was great and the staff was fantastic.
Pros: Location perfect for work, In House restaurant was very good. Staff extremely nice and welcoming. Great selection of snacks / drinks. Great laundry facilities. Quiet.
Pros: Staff was friendly, the facilities were clean.
Cons: Refrigerator in room did not work, neither did the coffee machine. Remote needed new batteries, ice machine was empty both times I tried to use it (however a very nice staff person offered to fill it immediately).
Pros: That the rooms were quiet, nice upgraded. Only thing we didn’t like was lack of bathroom lighting.
Cons: Bathroom lighting and lack of places to plug things in.
Pros: I liked the fact that the rooms and facility are newly renovated! Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Pros: The breakfast absolutely was great ! The staff were nice and the location is good.
Cons: The air conditioning didn’t work well and the shower was cold.
Pros: Super nice staff!!
Cons: There are some renovations going on and the workout equipment was unavailable for usage, that would have been helpful to know ahead of our stay. There was a huge stain on the side of our mattress not sure what that was.
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Room was updated and clean.
Pros: The beds were comfortable
Cons: I requested downstairs room due to daughter having surgery and would be on crutches and was stuck on 3rd floor at the far end. Made a miserable trip for her after her surgery. Ask front desk day help if it was possible to change rooms they wouldn’t look and were totally rude. For what we paid breakfast should have been included but wasn’t, my take it is a rip off hotel

Pros: for the money it was a value - good location, very helpful staff
Cons: bathroom much too small, torn carpeting,
Cons: Scary...did not stay.
Pros: Very friendly and convenient amenities. We had a person with a walker and our room was conveniently located at the back entrance so it was easy getting in and out for our five days' stay. The breakfast was good, cozy and convenient and the staff was super friendly. The property was easy to get around in and we were conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Room was a little small, especially the bathroom for four people. But it had everything we need and staff was very helpful.
Pros: Staff was nice and friendly. Pool is 24 hours.
Cons: Rooms were outdated and a little dingy.
Pros: The staff was great and very friendly. The breakfast was nice and has a nice selection. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: It’s not a 4 star hotel like it says on the site. Its very small. The bathroom is very small. There were a few problems but they were taken care of quickly by the staff and much appreciation for that.
Pros: The staff was very pleasant.
Cons: The pool was cold and the hot tub was even colder. If they would just convert a couple of rooms to handicap the stay would have been a ten. All that would be needed is change a tub to a shower, and change the toilet to sit higher. Also, buy a couple of recliners. This would open them up to a whole group of guests.
Pros: Close to restaurants. The breakfast was very nice.
Cons: No elevator. It needs a lot of renovations. New carpet would be nice as a start.
Cons: Slight musky smell.Unfortunately I could hear every room door close and all of my surrounding rooms talking so not great sound ambience
Cons: Noisy. Could hear other people and TVs through walls and ceiling at 4 and 5 am. Unable to create white noise with AC unit (fan “on” didn’t run fan constantly)
Pros: Excellent location... easy access from major highway. Breakfast area was clean and well-stocked with food choices.
Cons: There was construction taking place in the interior of the property. The mattress wasn't very comfortable... a little lumpy.
Pros: Ice cube machine had the type of ice cubes that I prefer.
Cons: Ratty, old furniture throughout room and hotel. Stained carpets. No elevator. Front desk didn't acknowledge me. Hair in tub. Window view was another window just 5 ft away. Should only be 2 stars!!!
Pros: Easy access to highway, quiet hotel
Cons: Hotel guests had to ask front desk for toilet paper. Should be stocked in each bathroom when cleaned.

We offer rooms with 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds. Ask about our rooms with a refrigerator And microwave. Handicap rooms are also available.
Pros: Good choices. Good location.
Cons: The bathrooms were very small, really tiny. Toilet so close to tub. Appreciated sink in separate area.
Pros: nothing at all
Pros: Stayed two nights. Good location, friendly staff, nice indoor pool. Convenient parking.
Cons: The first room smelled bad right away. Maybe pets. But even the sheets and pillows smelled like they had been used a lot and not cleaned enough. They were nice to give a second room, and it smelled better, but the beds were still not clean. Hotels need to change out pillows when they get old and when clean pillowcases can’t hide the smell. It’s gross. The bathrooms were clean. The AC in both rooms was loud, and although the thermostat in the first room worked, we froze in the second room. Breakfast was bare bones for a motel breakfast. Bread, cereal, a waffle maker, some yogurt. Pot of oatmeal, coffee, juice. Livable, but for $10 more we ate McDonalds, which felt luxurious by comparison. So bottom line, for an extra $20-$30 per night, we should have stayed at a better quality motel, one that has clean beds and a better breakfast. Wyndham seems to have fallen a long way over the years.
Pros: Room was very clean. Bed was comfy
Cons: It was a little to much for a Thursday night but it was a last minute deal so it worked out. I felt like they could've put a few more towels in the room for their guest.
Pros: Breakfast was nice. Staff was very hospitable
Pros: Location, breakfast was alright
Cons: Bugs in room, wall plugs did not work and could not charge electronics like phone and cpap machine.
Pros: Very clean and friendly staff...
Pros: Decent area
Cons: Clean for the most part but on one side of the bed the entire floor was sticky and there was a cigarette burn on the blanket on the bed.
Pros: Clean room and up to date
Cons: The a/c way loud and didn't work well.
Pros: The afternoon desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. Parking lot was clean and well lit at night. Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Maybe a better breakfast menu? Stairwell outside of the office has a strong cigarette smoke smell.
Pros: It’s roomy when I reserved for king size bed. The staff was nice enough to switch for another room.
Cons: First room smelled like smoking even though it said all rooms are non smoking so they got me different room, littler better
Pros: Staff was friendly and welcoming.
Cons: TV had no signal, staff fixed it. the next morning it was out again, Wi-Fi password was invalid. at 1:30AM I woke up to people talking loudly outside my door. Not the property's fault, people can just bee really inconsiderate sometimes.

Cons: Beds were not comfortable
Pros: All king bed rooms that at least 2people share one room in wide range of location. Gropu of people can stay together and cook and play card games and others beside the trip
Cons: Little bit far away from main lobby
Pros: Price and availability late night
Cons: The beds were sway backed and not comfortable
Cons: Husband flight canceled so we were not able to check in until 1. Waited at the front desk for 1/2 hour for someone to come to check us in. Called the front desk while standing at the front desk 5 times. Last time someone answered but hung up after 2 words
Pros: Beds were very comfortable and the room was pleasant. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
Pros: The staff is amazing at this location! They accommodated my mom and made sure our check in and checkout was quick and painless. Will definitely be staying here again!
Cons: At this particular location, especially on weekends, there is a lot of traffic due to Bernalillo's location on some major travel routes. I say this because we reserved a room for my mother who benefits from a ground floor room. Unfortunately, the accessible rooms are close to the rear entrance which is used a lot. The rooms that are closer to the main entrance are much better and quieter.
Cons: Ac not working
Pros: The location worked for us, given our schedule and itinerary.
Pros: Centrally located in town. The Chile verde at breakfast was tasty.
Cons: Overall, the hotel is in need of an update. Curtains were torn and the fans/ac were loud.
Pros: One bed was lumpy and made a lot of noise when I moved.did not have breakfast...and the hair dryer didn't work.
Cons: The bed
Pros: My family and I loved the breakfast that was included in our stay. Also, both my son's loved the indoor pool at this location.
Cons: My husband and I were having issues with the AC unit in our room - felt that the room was too warm. I called the front desk clerk and voiced my concerns. The clerk was very nice and offered to switch us to another room, but were already exhausted from traveling out of state, we thanked her and said we would just cool off in the pool instead.
Pros: Breakfast was great. Housekeeping staff very responsive to my needs.
Cons: Microwave and fridge in room. Microwave in breakfast area.

Featured amenities include laundry facilities, a safe deposit box at the front desk, and an elevator (lift). Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: It was close to where I needed to be, but that was probably just a fluke. I would definitely stay in another Extended Stay America Hotel when I need a hotel. Especially if I plan more than one night.
Cons: No sidewalks. My Mom has a hard time walking and I had to walk her through the parking lot as there were no sidewalks.
Pros: Just the staff. They were friendly and understanding.
Cons: It smelt like urine! It was awful. The rooms floors were covered in stains. The beds weren’t even made. My husband couldn’t make it to the carpet he was so grossed out.
Pros: The kitchen in the room came in very helpful for morning breakfasts as this hotel only offers a coffee bar with prepackaged muffins and granola bars.
Cons: The microwave in our room had a horrible smell that made the room stink.
Pros: They had a refrigerator and stove-top in the room.
Cons: They don't have dishes in the room when you arrive. Nor is the room handicap accessible. The price of the room exceeded that of what I have seen in compatible rooms of other chains.
Pros: The one thing was it was close to the person I was trying to visit.
Cons: No silverware, dishes in the room. Had to ask for everything, and the silverware was dirty. The rooms where outdated and didn't feel safe.
Pros: There was only coffee and muffins, most places offer a complete breakfast.
Cons: have a breakfast,
Pros: The convenience of the location
Cons: No pool

Cons: Charged us for an early check in. Reserved two rooms. In one room shower had very low water pressure and cool warm water and in the other room the bathtub water could not be turned on. The water handle was stripped and spun only.
Pros: The room was clean with upgraded bathroom, no mold.
Cons: The air handler that didn't cool was incredibly loud. The people in the room above mine allowed their child to run and jump around checkin 4:30pm to 1am. Neighbor across hall yelling and slamming doors. Hotel refurbished, clientele was not.
Cons: The evening clerk was fine but the morning clerk was not friendly.

Pros: Friendly people
Pros: The lady at the front desk was nice.
Cons: The AC didn't cool all night & my smoke alarm started beeping every 30 seconds after 5AM. I called someone to come & fix it, but no one came & it kept me up. We checked out early. Also, no elevator.
Pros: that they were able to reserve my room when I called to let them know I would be 2 to 3 hours late, time was not on my side and wasn't able to check in when I said I would. thank you Elliot ,(I think that was his name)
Cons: we got in late that night and my rooms were reserved for two nights but we were awaken by the housekeeper a little to early ,I would think that check out was at 11:am and that they would come in after and clean ,however the second time was the same although we have to give her thanks for correcting us on the time ,guess we were still on Arizona time. Bath tub was a little scary ,was way to squeaky and some slip tape was pulled out, but all in all it was good.
Pros: Room cleaned each day and no belongings disturbed. Direct TV was a good choice.
Cons: Shallow toilet bowl that wasn’t designed with consideration to the male anatomy. Makes for a good nut bath. Beds were very uncomfortable.
Pros: Close to the freeway and restaurants
Cons: Can’t complain you get what you pay for
Pros: I didnt have breakfast because I needed to leave before it was available
Cons: Larger bed

Located in Rio Rancho, Extended Stay America - Albuquerque - Rio Rancho Blvd. is within a 15-minute drive of Balloon Fiesta Park and Santa Ana Star Center. Featured amenities include laundry facilities, a safe deposit box at the front desk, and an elevator (lift). Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: the location
Cons: I was in the room next to a hallway that led outside to parking lot. There was a constant busy door slamming over and over again. This was even more frustrating since there was no TV for my entire time there. I kept being told for 3 days the cable guy
Cons: It was filthy, our bathtub was black, the tile surround was moldy. Our pullout couch was unusable, it was filthy and when I unfolded it to use it, there was a plastic sacks and an earring in there, which means it had not been cleaned. When I asked the front desk about it, they said we only clean once a week, and you aren’t staying long enough for us to clean your room!!! There were never any pool towels available! There we also some prostitutes outside in the night, and when we told the front desk, they said it was up to us to call the police
Pros: It was in Rio Rancho
Cons: The bathtubs were filthy - the carpets were dirty and had dog pee stains- under the kitchen sink was stinking
Pros: WE liked the kitchen and room.
Cons: The bed was too hard! Could hear lots of noise!
Pros: The property itself is good but it’s not maintained well or kept clean.
Cons: The bathrooms were dirty, no housekeeping during stay. Since there was no housekeeping we emptied our own garbage but no garbage bags. Front desk didn’t have any either. No towels when asked for them. The public bathroom was gross.
Pros: The TV didn't work at first. When the guy working there got it to work. The sound never worked. When I checked in the front desk guy had no people skills
Cons: Noisy, fire alarm when off twice, jokester talking about it in the hallway, another guest mad at people claiming to have set it off, cuz she lost sleep. No one at the front desk at 8pm. Dishes advertised, none in room. I should not have to track them down
Cons: Continental breakfast could be a little more of a variety.
Pros: there was no food
Cons: nothing was working in the room
Pros: Room was clean; air conditioner worked well; liked the fact that there was a kitchenette; bathroom clean; nice and quiet environment
Cons: Tub should have had a grab bar because bathtub was slippery; I was led to believe you had more for breakfast than coffee muffins and granola bars; I thought there would have been yogurt, fruit and waffles; I didn’t like the car up on jacks outside our room because it made the motel look junky and it took up the only shaded parking spot; the TV should have been larger and had a DVD player that worked. Didn’t like having to get my own towels.
Cons: The beds sucked. One type of Coffee and packaged oat meal and muffins don't count as coffee and breakfast bar.
Motel 6 Bernalillo is located near Balloon fiesta park, Santa Ana Star Casino, San Felipe Casino, Sandia Casino and the State Farm Soccer Complex. Amenities include a fitness center, conference center, free Wi-Fi and micro-fridge units in all rooms.
Pros: Dog friendly. After check-in staff worked hard to accommodate.
Cons: No breakfast provided. Bathroom was not clean. Very crazy access to the facilities. Original check-in was ok, but staff seemed not interested. Keys had to be redone many times because they would not work.
Cons: the place was noisy and the room had no noise insulation.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and I had no problem falling asleep. The front desk women were helpful and polite.
Cons: The premises...ie, the elevator... could have been cleaner. The coffee machine was not as effective...the coffee tastes strange.
Pros: Price rate was good...
Cons: Most of the thing that was advertised is not there, not enough parking lots, walls are to thin. Can hear the next door tentants. And bed was very stiff... Didn't sleep to well.
Pros: Comfortable bed, relitively clean, nice and courteous staff, perfect location for what we needed.
Cons: Little dirty in room
Pros: Price was great
Cons: Needed updating
Pros: Great location & price. Really clean & comfortable.
Cons: Do not buy gas army the station next door. It gouges in the price. Drive half a mile into town for gas.
Cons: I was charged for a room and it was given to someone else
Pros: Toilet leaked in the first room they put us in. The shower head was hung by a hanger in the second room prompting us to not shower.
Cons: No breakfast was offered even though they had the setup for a breakfast place.
Pros: Management did move us to another room. Not sure if she was mad at me for complaining or the fact the room wasn't cleaned right. I showed staff pictures I took.
Cons: First room they put is in was nasty. When the wife pulled back the sheets to go to bed she found lots of hair and worse a piece of candy so obviously the hadn't been cleaned right.
Cons: I have visited multiple times, each time it takes forever at front desk to get attended to. This Last trip I stayed two nights. First night was good experience, checked in promptly and I got a good room. Decided to stay again another night, the service was horrible, people in lobby waiting on front desk, no one was around. Finally got a room, room was dirty, the bed had hair all over it. It had two queen beds. I was tired and I ain’t much to complain so I slept in the second bed since it looked clean. I didn’t sleep well due to kids up all night running around in room next to me and baby crying. Being settled in my room I was to tired to ask for another room at late hours of the night. I do plan on staying again as it is in the area I do my business in. But I am looking at other accommodating motels around the area after this last stay. I honestly feel I should have got a refund for the second night. All other times I have stayed I have no complaints about, just this one night was just a bad experience I hope to not encounter again on my next stay.

Pros: The bath tub was chipped the door looked like someone kicked it in. The whole room was so old and used badly will never stay again. Your front desk clerk was rude and unfriendly
Cons: I hated your hotel it was awful
Pros: Beautiful courtyard with a pool. Seems like an area a family with kids could spend a lot of quality time
Cons: The carpet in our room was stained, the drapes were worn out and didn't hang properly. Overall it seems like the rooms could some renovations and upgrades.
Pros: comfortable big rooms
Pros: The only thing nice was the lobby.
Cons: This was a dump drug hotel. The room I booked was not the pictures online it was not even close. The first room they gave us had blood on the walls it was very Filthy. The door was busted smelt like cigarette. I told the lady this room shouldn't even be rented and this was not the room I order online. She moved us to another room they have boogers on the wall dark hair in their beds hair all over the floor holes in the bedspread we actually found a roll of foil from drug users and asked to speak to a manager no one would give me his information or get a hold of him for me they would not give me the corporate number to make a complaint they were very uncooperative worst day I've ever had in my whole entire life. I thought the Howard Johnson was a family friendly hotel which is not please do not stay here the pictures are not the ones they have advertised on the site it is a s*** hole and never go ahead all over the floor which my daughter who is for stepped on about 5 of them. Wish I could post pic.
Pros: Had a great stay except that the room was by the gate, and we kept hearing people open and close it. Next time we will ask for a room away from the gate. I will recommend this place to others.
Pros: Older facilities but great value. Jaquzzi tub. Fire place in room, patio to sit out on. And very inexpensive!
Cons: Can't say I did not like anything! Great place
Pros: Good breakfast buffet. Nice historical pictures and information in lobby and hallways.
Cons: Older hotel - old bathroom fixtures. Rom smelled like smoke.
Cons: Old bath. Dangerous slippery tub
Pros: The price was good.
Cons: Needs some updating.
Pros: The cleanliness of the rooms, the spaciousness, and the location near several places to eat.
Cons: I enjoyed the INN. I'll be returning in the future again to stay.
Pros: Convenience to relatives
Cons: String stayed on bathroom floor 4 days. First room had no internet. Breakfast had no hot food, toaster did not work well. Shower never got hot. Room smelled like smoke. Picture over one of the beds missing. Soap did not lather.
Pros: The only good thing about this hotel is that it had a bed to lay down on
Cons: You have to park out back where there is no lighting and it looks like you could be shot or shanked at any time. The room had that 70's Ron Jeremy feel to it. I was just waiting on strippers to come out of the closest (if this happened I would be giving this place 5 stars). I asked for a bottom floor and got a second floor as far from the parking area as possible I think the desk clerk did that on purpose. So basically I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone unless your looking to film a porn!
