Overview

Conveniently located next to the Anaheim Convention Center and mere blocks away from Disneyland, the Anaheim Hilton is the perfect choice for visitors looking to explore the world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment of Orange County.

Orange County’s largest hotel was opened in 1984 for the Olympic games and houses 1572 guest rooms and over 150,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting space, including two twin 19,000 square foot outdoor sundecks for receptions and a full-service FedEx Store, public notary, and business center. Anaheim Hilton is one of the best hotels to stay at for visiting Disneyland as it has a non-stop bus service to and from the resort. The hotel even has Disney® View rooms, providing views of daily fireworks and the park.

Rooms feature floor to ceiling windows, a Hilton Serenity Bed, Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries, complimentary HBO, and an ergonomic desk chair. Guests can also enjoy deck-access rooms that maximize sunshine, and suites offer double the space.

The health club includes a state of the art fitness room and adult indoor pool and hot tub, while the outdoor pool features a waterslide and is more ideal for kids who can socialize at the Kid’s Club area while parents break away to relax.

The hotel features five restaurants serving local organic fare, including an exclusive private fine dining experience with seating for 10. For ultimate convenience, there’s a speedy take-away food court and an on-site Starbucks.

Whether visitors are in the mood for a family trip to Disneyland or Knott’s Berry Farm, a game at Angel Stadium or Honda Center, or surfing and exploring in Newport Beach, the Anaheim Hilton is the most convenient place to book your stay.

Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Disneyland and event venues. Many found the rooms to be spacious and clean, and several mentioned friendly staff, though there were notable complaints about unfriendly or unhelpful service from some staff members. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, but a few guests reported issues like unpleasant odors, damp carpets, or pests. Parking was a common frustration due to confusing arrangements, high prices, or difficulty finding spaces. Value for price was also criticized, with several guests feeling the hotel was overpriced for the amenities and service provided. Overall, the location and room size stood out as positives, while service and value were areas for improvement.

Stefano, Feb 2020
Pros (+) The only good thing about this hotel was the location
Cons (-) Cleanliness (found hairs in my made bed, bathtub had grime, floors had crumbs), staff was extremely rude and didn’t care about our issues in 2 out of 3 of our rooms ($2300 total), valet guy was extremely rude to my wife and basically told her to move out of the way because she was bothering other cars, while she was trying to put the luggage into the car. Extremely disappointed all around!!!

Cons (-) Spa facilities were awful, just a gym locker room... no breakfast, you have to pay for every single amenity. Check in process never honored the gold status, just overall an outdated hotel that needs some love both in the hotel and with the staff
