Cons (-) They didn’t give me a pool view room... they did give us a higher level room but not what we wanted.., they charged $26 for parking & charged $14.99 for some telecom charge!!! NOT IMPRESSED

Pros (+) Definitely a great deal. I like how luxurious it was, from the moment I walked in to the lobby to check in, to the moment I walked into my room. The elevator system was very up to date & impressive. Lastly the TV was impressive along with the bed.
Cons (-) I didn't like the Starbucks. Full Menu wasn't available compared to outside Starbucks.
Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful. The servers at the restaurant cut and served my birthday cake. They also sang happy birthday to me, which made the evening special special. The large Tv in the room was awesome. Thank you for having a bathroom door that actually closes instead of slides like the Hilton across the street.
