Cons (-) They didn’t give me a pool view room... they did give us a higher level room but not what we wanted.., they charged $26 for parking & charged $14.99 for some telecom charge!!! NOT IMPRESSED

Cons (-) The hotel made a mistake with our reservation, sent us to their hotel about a mile away, ( one night free) but we did not wanted to go somewhere else, they said we HAD to move. Anyway, this hotel has the worse floor I ever saw in a room. The carpet is all broken, make sure to bring your sandals. The lady that cleans does a good job, but she cannot make miracles. Pros (+) Definitely a great deal. I like how luxurious it was, from the moment I walked in to the lobby to check in, to the moment I walked into my room. The elevator system was very up to date & impressive. Lastly the TV was impressive along with the bed.
Cons (-) I didn't like the Starbucks. Full Menu wasn't available compared to outside Starbucks.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful. The servers at the restaurant cut and served my birthday cake. They also sang happy birthday to me, which made the evening special special. The large Tv in the room was awesome. Thank you for having a bathroom door that actually closes instead of slides like the Hilton across the street.
Cons (-) The bathroom in the room is tiny. Barely enough room to turn around. The toilet is a bit low compared to other toilets in nearby hotels.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly, the lobby was nice, and the restaurant and bar in the hotel was excellent.
Cons (-) The room was pretty small and the beds were only full size, which was pretty cramped with two adults each sleeping in them.

Pros (+) I liked the location, close to the Anaheim Convention Center. The bed was comfy. “Room service” was fast. Staff is Courteous and accommodating. Better than Hilton. Would stay here again!
Cons (-) Food from room service is very processed. Wall paper was peeling. Water never got hot just warm in the shower. Long hallways. A bit dated in the rooms.
