Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Tight parking spaces. Good for small cars but bigger trucks/ suv's will have a really tight fit.

Horrible attitude from front desk, would never stay there

The only thing that I liked was that it was close to Disneyland.

It was not what we expected. It felt more like a Motel 6 than a Inn and Suites. The rating was a three star hotel and this to me was not. Very dissatisfied.

The family suite was a great space for us. Having enough beds for the 6 of us was nice because I didn't want anyone on a sofa bed for the duration we were there. Clean and up to date.

Noticed some fluctuation in the shower water temperature. It got hot and cold in spurts. Not as much space to sit in the family suite but we managed. The balcony areas were very slanted and uneven. But these things were not big detractors...still enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I like the hotel's proximity to the park and the novelty of staying in a "castle."

There was trash under the bed when we first got there and the mattress was horribly uncomfortable, plus we were put in the room directly across from the elevator and ice machine.

We stayed here since we couldn't get into (what used to be) our favorite place a few doors down. From the second we got there everything was pleasent and clean. The front desk got us sorted out quick, which was much appreciated as we had just spent 10 hours on a small motorcycle, and our room was nice and quiet. I had read some other reviews about the "outrageous" parking fee which turned out to be $9 a night which didn't bother me. They have valet, but you don't have to use them if you don't want to. They sell 2-5 day park hopper tickets right there for the same price as the gate so I didn't have to wait at the line for tickets which was great!!! There is a small attached cafe which sells the typical Starbucks-ish fare and has some grocery items and souvineers as well. The walk to the park is almost the closest walk you could have, only one hotel closer. If you are still awake after your day at Disneyland there are plenty of channels on the TV, and they are clear. Overall we had a great expirience and this will be our first choice on future visits.

I really don't have any complaints. Some will complain about the parking rate, but as far as I can tell everyone is charging about the same so to me it was a non-issue.

Local and clean

We chose to stay here because it's a disneyland good neighbor hotel however it is not to those standards! The first room we were in the TV didn't work and the room was old and musty the second room the same musty room and the door didn't lock we felt uneasy being on the first floor and a non locking door. Dark rooms with grungy floors won't stay here again!

The rooms are large, the price was cheap, the proximity to Disney was great, and the shuttle that arrives every 20 minutes for Disney was even greater. The best part of this hotel was the staff - they told us about the shuttle and even let us keep our car parked in their lot the day we checked out so we didn't have to pay for Disney parking. Great view for the fireworks too! Totally worth it.

All furniture is mediocre, bed is nothing special, pillows and sheets are cheap. Our hair dryer was broken, and one of our lights wouldn't work. Pool area is tiny. Breakfast is skippable.

The hotel was literally a 5 minute walk from the trams to the Disneyland Resort. The staff was great. It was totally worth the price. We went for the Disney avenger half and all of us were without a vehicle, so this hotel was in the perfect location for just that!

Lacked a do not disturb sign, so room service came and went whenever. Nothing was stolen or missing so we were ok with it.

If they put a bit of money into the place they could be 4-5 stars. Left over q tips on floor it was just fair inside rooms but no problems. They also ALLOW people to park along the curb so you cant get out if you actually park in the spaces under building. We waited for 40 minutes to get car out to leave on Weds...

Room was great, very modern, comfortable, and lots of value for the price. Beds clean and comfortable. Ample close, no-hassle parking, for free. Excellent, professional, super-friendly, helpful, accommodating staff at every interaction. The advertised room was ready upon arrival with no-wait, no-hassle check-in. Great location and price. Quiet hotel - no highway traffic noise or other loud guests. Surrounding neighborhood seemed safe, even late at night. Thoroughly satisfied, will be back if taking another trip to Anaheim!

Pool/Jacuzzi closed at 10pm - I had wanted to go for a late night soak.

At check in the young lady helping us was very nice and informative. The room was extremely clean. The proximity to disneyland was awesome. Over all wonderful experience.

The staff was nice. (Well technically I only met one person). They did clean the room nicely, so no complains. It's a good stay if you just need a nice quiet place to sleep. (The curtain does a pretty good job blocking the sunlight). Free wifi and cable and location is pretty convient.

Towels are a bit rough. The beds are too firm for me. And the shampoo/soap are tiny and doesn't really work well. recommend bringing your own and toothpaste too

There were spiders crawling on ceiling and walls. Shower head did not function correctly.

not bad for the price

Clean, reasonably priced, and a short 0.70 mile walk to Disneyland property and several restaurant options. Front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping staff are all very friendly. Free continental breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it is definitely a bonus to hold one over until lunch time at the theme parks. I have stayed here 3 years in a row and plan on returning for future stays.

Can't complain about anything other than to forewarn others to not click on any links to the Knights Inn in Anaheim- was unpleasantly surprised to see I was charged a 1 night no-show fee even though I never completed a room reservation transaction with them...another reason to stick with Super 8 on Katella!

Close to Disneyland you can either take the ART or get a taxi which we did and found it was easier and cheaper. The rooms are newly remodeled, so it's very clean, the parking lot is under construction and parking is limited. The only complaint was the maid left our door open and we when returned the door was open ajar and light was on, thankfully nothing was taken but wasn't happy about that.

Our room was sleek and modern, just like in the pictures. I didn't mind the construction in the lobby, or throughout both parking lots. As read on other reviews, there was no phone connected yet BUT they have now updated the TVs with more than two channels! :) I am more than statisfied with my stay, considering the awesome price and the newly renovated rooms. It is also a very close walk to Disneyland if you cut through the backside of the Grand Californian. LOCATION PERFECTION! Yes, I was skeptical about staying here after reading all the negative reviews, but Eden Roc is now going to be one of my top choices. With free parking, clean "wood" floors, and a friendly staff, every penny was completely worth it.

The beds and upstairs floors were noisy (I had a ground floor room), but I was expecting it. Also, the office entrance is located in the further parking lot.

Does not worth the price we paid. Exterior/Interior of the hotel was below average. Found Spiders and ant in the restroom/bedroom. Complimentary Break Fast was Fake only muffins and donuts with one type of coffee and diluted Orange Juice. Windows had shutters but no certains which make its less private. Anyone from outside could sneak in easily even with shutter closed.
