Pros (+) If you're into a pleasant, no frills accommodation in Anchorage without breaking the bank, this is it. The full size fridge/freezer and mini kitchen is extremely handy for a multi day stay. Compared to the pictures online, the hotel exceeded expectations.
Cons (-) There really wasn't anything, as long as you're used to steady prop-plane noise, since the airport is next door.

Cons (-) This hotel is decidedly No Frills. It is far from the airport in downtown so you need a car. However it is a good place if you have a car and are staying overnight in Anchorage. The heavy security is a little weird.
