The pool and the breakfast were great The bed sheet did not stay on the bed and the fan would turn on and off all night. There was no control that would leave it on continously to help drown out noise.
Clean hotel and the staff were courteous, helpful Breakfast ok
Family enjoyed the pool and fitness room. Guest towels in the pool a plus and the breakfast was great. Rooms comfortable and loved the white linen. The comforter on bed was very heavy.
perrty much everything there is one improvement you could do for guest safety and that is install non- skid material in the bathtubs
The convenience to my business. No elevator.
Everything was awesome from booking until checking out. The price was so great we expected less but we were very pleasantly surprised! Will be back!
seemed clean think got bitten by bed bugs
Location, breakfast Noise, tv
Perhaps the cleanest and best stay we have had at an OLD Inn! No reserved parking, although there is sufficient street parking available while we were there.
The room, the interior and decoration was so nice. onr of the best hotels during our whole trip. the friendlyness of the staff was also perfect. Nothing.
This Hotel has a great restaurant & popular bar. There is outdoor seating, on the porch. Walking distance to 2 scenic parks. Downtown location, historic small town. Friendly staff and locals. The room was charming, with wide-plank slanting floors. There is only street parking, which could be an issue. The bathroom was TINY, with only one hook on the door for towels. (Henry Ford room) It had the only mirror also. Breakfast was cereal, muffins, frosted buns, fruit, flavored yogurt. All sweet stuff.
There was convenient parking outside The towels were wet (clearly laundered, but still wet) and then went mildewy. There was no full length mirror and very poor lighting in the bathroom (for anything from tweezing your eyebrows to applying makeup).
It has character, and the people were great My window view was non-existent, but I can overlook that because everything else was great

Nice clean inn style setting. Friendly and happy staff. Reasonably comfortable bed by hotel standards. Heat is kept pretty warm by most people's standards I believe, but might be necessary given the old style construction.

It was awesome. The staff were top notch! We WILL go back! No
Loved the restaurant and bar and music downstairs. Loved the ambiance of the room and the super friendly staff. The temperature ran cold in my room and noise carry over from outside was fairly significant.
Beautifully maintained antique guest house. Delightful friendly owners. Warm (atmosphere) and delicious breakfast in a perfectly delightful dining room. Lovely setting on the water.
Great atmosphere. Owners were very welcoming and made you feel at home. A little bit of traffic noise but nothing to keep me from going back again.
This hotel far outmet our expectations. This inn was right inbetween both Ragged & Sunapee ski Mtns. The staff was friendly and the hotel was beautifully historic. We loved it!
Very clean and friendly. Absolutely not for families. Too fancy for kids. Breakfast (which is delicious) is served very slow. ~30 min from seating until getting the food. Take into account when planning your day.
The breakfast offerings were 1st class, the staff very friendly and helpful.
Sorry to say but the place went way down hit...the front desk kept complaining that they were under new management and there was nothing they could do.
There was nothing likeable about this place. If your looking for a cheap, run down, moldy, hostel feel/look, this is the place for you. There is a reason there are no pictures of the place. The one picture they use to advertise is a standard franchise picture. Do not be fooled. My fiance made reservations through kayak so I went sight unseen. Oh man what a mistake. You pull up and know right off the bat it's a junk box. The pool area windows are full of mildrew and God knows what else. I walked and walls are not done you can smell the moist musty air. The room was already paid for so couldn't do much they were not willing to refund the money. So I reluctantly walk up the stairs to my room ehhhhh it's like your walking right into a scary movie dark, long hallways the only thing missing was an overdosed prostitute and maybe a guy with a chainsaw. I walk into the room and walked right out even with a snow storm in full effect I knew I had to go. Dropped my room key off and I was done I don't care that I lost money. Honestly I think that's what this place banks on. I hope they used the money I paid for the room to buy some bleach and cleaning supplies.
Nothing. Perceived lack of welcoming attitude Strong ordor of chemicals in the office Unsafe electrical outlets in room Room appeard structurally unsound When arriving at hotel room found someone sitting in front of room talking on cell phone and had to be asked to leave Tends to reflect badly on east Indian hotel owners/operators.
