No own site food accommodations, very dated, will not stay at that one again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise not up to my standards. didn't seem clean. had a stale smell.
the price was about the only thing that was reasonable. i wouldnt reccomend it or am i stayin there again.
i ask for a 1st floor rm. they put me in a dilapadated smokers rm. the wall paper was peeling off the wall. after i complained. they put me in another rm that was somewhat better. i had to return at least twice a day to get my rm key reprogramed.they ran out of milk in with the continental breakfast. 2nd day.. ireturned the 3rd day and there still was any milk.. after i complained again they went and got milk... my 3rd night approximately 11:00pm another guest was tryin to get in my rm.. in the mornin i complained and they said i was checked out.... i told them .. do i look like im checked out...! they reviewed my reservation and found that when i checked in.. they only had me for 3 days. when in fact i reserved for 4 days..i was in atlanta for a scheduled surgery on sat mornin.. so i was a bit uncomfortable during my stay. this hotel was one...
locationIt was dirty, outdated, noisy. Never again.
The location for our purpose was perfect. Walking distance to Amtrak.
The place was kind of dumpy.I guess for price and location for our purpose it was OK but I've stayed in better places fro near half the price.
That they held the room for us because they said payment was not received
Nothing other than being locked out of the room because they said no payment was receivedSomebody owes me xxx.
Proximity to the activity that I enjoyed in the city.
It smelled bad. There were holes in the sheets and walls. the elevator smelled so bad we did not use it. There were condoms in sight of our room door. The place was so run down that we did not even consider taking advantage of the free breakfast. This was a run-down, dirty motel. It was unfit to stay in and we were frightened by its state of disrepair. 2-star motels do not have to be dirty and and falling apart. We were very disappointed and even though the price was relatively inexpensive, we felt foolish for paying what we did for this room. This makes me question whether I should use Priceline in the future.
They billed my credit card for the room even tho I paid thru priceline. Im still disputing it.
It is very unsafe. 20ft outside our door in broad daylight a lady was held at gunpoint by a machine gun and a shotgun and got hit in the head. She then had her car stolen. Also, cleanliness is awful. It is very unsafe. 20ft outside our door in broad daylight a lady was held at gunpoint by a machine gun and a shotgun and got hit in the head. She then had her car stolen. Also, cleanliness is awful. A humongous bug the size of a dollar bill crawled out while my husband was using the restroom. We asked for nonsmoking and got smoking. The bed had stains on all the pillows and sheets. Just pay the extra 30$.... it is worth it.
The location is very convenient to most places downtown and midtown in Nashville. Almost everything interesting is fifteen minute drive, at most.
The rooms were dated, the public areas covered with green astroturf, some of the people staying could be loud at night, but overall nothing major. The rooms were ok, the sheets were clean, and the bathrooms were decent.Typical 'cheap hotel' or 'road motel' but with a heftier Atlanta price-tag. The staff were nice and accommodating and respected our reservation as expected. The hotel is dog-friendly which is one of the key pluses for me.
