Cons. My lock was broken and wouldn't work most of the time. Noisy area, needed a sleep mask to block out the light since the blinds don't. It's an older building and not in great condition. I was on the 4th floor and the only elevator was out of service.

Cons. The first thing I do when I get to any hotel is turn on the shower. What I thought was dirt in the tub happened to be a bunch or baby roaches that scattered when I turn on the shower head. I was in this room less then ten minutes and I threw my whole purse away for fear of taking roaches home
Cons. Really this was the worst hotel I've ever been to. For context I wasn't bothered by many homeless folks in the area—a social catastrophe and not good for walking home at night, sure, but not a deal breaker for me in itself. But the hotel room was dirty, smelly, noisy, just really bad. I'll let you read the other reviews for some of the details, but they fit my experience. I ended up staying somewhere else for my last couple of days because I wasn't sleeping and my chest felt odd (from the mildew smell?). Don't stay here, it's really not worth it, even at this price.
