Pros (+) Very convenient location, within easy walking distance to DragonCon with free parking.
Cons (-) My lock was broken and wouldn't work most of the time. Noisy area, needed a sleep mask to block out the light since the blinds don't. It's an older building and not in great condition. I was on the 4th floor and the only elevator was out of service.

Pros (+) The staff were professional & tried their best with what they had to work with, which isn't very much.
Cons (-) Room was dirty with trash upon arrival, furnishings were broken. Air conditioning was broken for entire stay, elevator was broken 4/5 days.

Pros (+) Good price for quick stay. It was ok not bad.
Cons (-) Rooms could be a tad bit cleaner stains on sheets and comforter needs plates and thing for the kitchen. The homeless people arguing outside was annoying

Cons (-) The first thing I do when I get to any hotel is turn on the shower. What I thought was dirt in the tub happened to be a bunch or baby roaches that scattered when I turn on the shower head. I was in this room less then ten minutes and I threw my whole purse away for fear of taking roaches home

Cons (-) Really this was the worst hotel I've ever been to. For context I wasn't bothered by many homeless folks in the area—a social catastrophe and not good for walking home at night, sure, but not a deal breaker for me in itself.
