Pros (+) Very convenient location, within easy walking distance to DragonCon with free parking.
Cons (-) My lock was broken and wouldn't work most of the time. Noisy area, needed a sleep mask to block out the light since the blinds don't. It's an older building and not in great condition. I was on the 4th floor and the only elevator was out of service.

Cons (-) The first thing I do when I get to any hotel is turn on the shower. What I thought was dirt in the tub happened to be a bunch or baby roaches that scattered when I turn on the shower head. I was in this room less then ten minutes and I threw my whole purse away for fear of taking roaches home

For context I wasn't bothered by many homeless folks in the area—a social catastrophe and not good for walking home at night, sure, but not a deal breaker for me in itself.
