The lady who checked us in wasn’t polite!! The first room cable cord was cut and the phone didn’t work. They changed our room but it wasn’t clean . My daughter said we were at a trash hotel for her birthday!! I went to the front desk on the second night to get face towels and the man really gave me one !! Never Again
Pros. Location is in walking distance of a lot of great stuff. Just be prepared to deal with the swarms of homeless and you’ll be fine. Breakfast was pretty great actually and goes later than most hotel breakfasts.
Cons. Parking is a hidden cost. $25/day kind of blind sighted me, but then again, parking is expensive anywhere in this area. Easily dropped $100 in 2 days for Atlanta’s crazy parking fees.

Cons. The phone didn't work, someone had to come fix it, the shower head was set up in a way that it was impossible to move in the shower. Really weird. The room was located right next to a busy street and all we heard was trucks all night long. Thin walls and we heard people fighting in other rooms. There was this bright streetlight that shined through our room and curtains. We couldn't keep it out. The parking was annoying and very hard to do in a cramped space. I left my stay early, and complained about the room. The guy at front desk told me he would credit me half the day back, but I ended up being charged another half day and not credited. So I have paid more for a stay than I was suppose to. I've called and left a message anout getting my money back, but no response.
