Location, quietness, staff was friendly.
The toilet roll was break and I think the lamp light bulb was out. Was not able to turn on the lamp.
Very nice staff and very quiet during my stay.
The pool, the lounge and a lot of them were not working. The staff didnâ€™t know how to fix television in the room. There were not parking light in one side of the hotel. Side door or back door was locked and you canâ€™t access it with keys.

Due to Covid, there is no room service, so during our 4 night stay we had to reuse our towels, go to the front desk to beg for a couple of coffee packets and cups. Everything else in the hotel was closed. So you don't feel like you get much service.

It was not the quality one would expect from a Sheraton hotel. The building was likely an old hotel bought by the company and converted to a Sheraton. We were quite disappointed with the overall accommodations for the price and star level. Surprises out.
The front office associate was amazing at check in.
The hotel itself was not what I was expecting. It was clean, but wasnâ€™t lively at all. I was disappointed upon arrival that the restaurant and bar were closed, I understand that during a pandemic things are different but it made my stay difficult.

No free continental breakfast. This hotel definitely needs this. Also the ceiling is super low if your height is above average.

Very thin walls, definitely an older hotel with a fresh layer of paint. You could hear everything in the hall and the other rooms. I was on the ground floor and it was echoey.
