Pickup location had changed without notice. Had to to take uber to two different locations! Gas tank half full at pickup! Car given was not what was on original order.

The car served it purpose but was not confortable for a long drive and with only 50K miles it felt like it needed retired.

The line at the terminal took forever!!!!!!!! The process should be streamlined and add some people behind the counter. I stood in line for nearly an hour. Totally unacceptable. Other than that everything was very favorable.
