I showed up to return my car @ 11:30 am on 7/6/2024 and the location closes at noon but no one was there I waited 30 minutes and called and I could not even leave a voicemail as there was not one set up. I left the car and took the keys because there is not drop box of any kind.

Pros:

I went there and my car was not available at all and my rental didn’t go through. Now I have to call kayak or Hertz for refund.

Cons:

Make sure availability is there before booking
