The pool is nice, the service was good, the location is ok.
Way too loud and I was told that I should have expected the noisy drunk people outside my door for 2 hours every morning when the bars let out because it's the weekend. I wouldn't stay here unless you like frat parties.
Nice place. Great rooftop pool!
Some things in this place didn't quite work as intended. However management was quick to resolve the issue.
It was extremely loud with guests partying until all hours and loudness outside.
There was not much to like
Hotel lobby was always like a ghost town and neigborhood crazy. Two people were shot dead while we were staying there during the 4th of July weekend. We were stuck in our rooms with no room service and were escorted out through the back doors to get out of the hotel. It was a horrifying experience for my pregnant wife and I to get woken up by gun shots and murders at 5AM and ruined the rest of our trip. We want our money back for this stay.
No thing stand out
Location, parking, service for the price, quality of breakfast/food was awful, gym was outdated Overall for the price you pay you can get much better hotel that this place
Club level breakfast and happy hour was nice
Rooms are very dated as is entire hotel. There are much newer/ nicer options in Austin for $350-400/ night.
Excellent concierge. Restaurant was very good.
Shitty pool, lots of fees, full of drunks on the weekend, doors locked at 7:00 on three sides of hotel. Bed very uncomfortable, lots of noise, no where to eat In the rooms, only one chair for sitting in the room.
Room had a scent like rug had water damage, made it feel like it was not clean.
