Received a more compact SUV, Mazda CX-30. It was still large enough for our needs for the trip. Car was in very good shape and drove very comfortably. Drop off in Rome was difficult and still haven’t received receipt via email as promised.Reviewed Jun 11 2026

The car had 88,000k in mileage, evidence of heavy hail damage throughout the car body and tires with no tread. Upon pickup and seeing the condition I asked for a different car but was told it was the last despite there being numerous other vehicles in the Avis lotReviewed Oct 5 2023
