Bad customer servicePros:The return of the car was very smooth and the female employee who took care of us was very kind and expedient. The pick up was quick once we had keys and the car was in good condition.Cons:The women at the counter were not helpful and the service was poor. They did not know the terms and conditions of the company (i.e. what coverage is included in a specific fare) and they didn’t have them handy so we could read them ourselves. After asking several times for them, they realized they were framed in small print on the wall right next to them. The car report was missing several damages so we had to take photos upon picking it up. There also seems to be a glitch on the website as I could not access the terms and conditions for the Avis office in Faro in English, even if that was an option on your menu. This would all have been ok had the Avis staff been more professional and experienced.Reviewed Dec 6 2018
