Pros:Pickup was easy and convenient.Cons:My flight cancelled 10 hours prior to dept. I had to drop the car off at a new airport. I had one hell of a time figuring out how to get a hold of Avis to do this as the internet option told me I had to call someone. It took 30+ minutes to get a note in my res.
