Did not have a car available for us despite booking in advance. No cars available nearby so we had to travel to another city at our own cost and then rent with another agency for a way higher last minute fee. Ridiculous opening times! Useless for business use (lunch break 12-14, morning opening at 9:00 , NO possibility to drop off car before agency opens. No possibility to drop off car at Octeville airport, not even for a fee. It seems that customer service is completely alien concept. Staff friendly enough but don’t really care.Reviewed Nov 30 2023
