I waited a little l9nger than I wanted at the counter, but overall it was a very good rental experience.

Avis promised a Cadillac, a full luxury car. Instead, they provided a Kia with 35,000 miles on it. It was a mediocre exchange. I asked for a financial compensation for that downgrade and I was told that Avis may take care of it later. It feels like a bait and switch to me.

Good car. One small thing: signage in the lot for where to return the car was not clear. Overall, quite happy with the rental.

Made reservation 2 weeks in advance of pick up date. They called day before pickup and said they could not find a mini van and were sorry!! Not using Avis again!!

Very smooth quick and easy pickup and drop off Staff was very helpful and accommodating with vehicle selection. However the vehicle had not been washed or vacuumed. Not a big deal for what we needed it for but a little surprising. Would still highly recommend.
