They never gave me a car because when I got there, they told me that they did not have any cars available when I had a reservation in hand. And I got charged for insurance without a car. How ridiculous is that? RC cover better return my money

booked a gas vehicle. however, the agent wanted to give me an electric vehicle and forced me to pay extra $50 to upgrade to a gas vehicle. avis? never again!

Fast, in terminal pick-up. Courtesy Agent Suggestion - maybe in paper information provided, include someting like: Return Process Park in any of the spots numbered x - y Bring your keys in the exit of the Baggage Claim and drop them in the drop box. Going into the exit never seems like the right thing to do. When you are rushing to catch a flight, your brain turns off. :)
