Pros:Woman at the front desk was polite.
Cons:No cars available! Our reservation was made in advance, but when we arrived at the office, the woman informed us that all cars were either rented or inoperable. I understand that this can happen on occasion, but the woman did nothing to try to help me with my situation. I am very disappointed with Avis, and will not be renting here any time soon. I suggest others do the same.
Pros:They called me the morning of my reservation to tell me they didn’t have any cars.

Cons:Office was difficult to find. Then, despite having a reservation starting at 9 AM, they had no cars available until at least 1:30 PM. Reservation meant absolutely nothing. DON NOT RENT FROM AVIS!!
Cons:Car had brake issues. Took roadside assistance 5 hours to switch out car. When I returned the car, they said the returned car by the towing company had damage, which was not caused by me. I commodore to several people in roadside assistance and to avis, but did not get compensated for anything. I am not pleased.
I liked the fact manuals were in the glovebox since the fuel cover release was under the front panel out of sight.
Pros:Staff friendly and very helpful. When I had a problem with vehicle, they exchanged my rental simple and efficient
Cons:Uber drive the cars. Maintenance is needed. But overall Avis is a great company. I still have my rental.

Cons:We were unable to rent the car. The employee was so rude! I reserved the car through Kayak but the Avis directions didn't specify that we needed an alternate credit card, where to find the rental center, etc.
Cons:I never dropped it off because I never got the chance to pick it up
