Pros:i guess it was the cheapest luxury category option at this location
Cons:Had two cars, all with a lot of miles. First one had a yellow check engine light and I could only return it at the airport (pickup place). I did, but for a volvo that had busted steering and steered to the left by default. location by shuttle, far from the airport. at least +25 mins for the trip to and from location from airport gate
Pros:Obviously not ! I was cheated by AVIS staff , first they mentioned car isnt at all insured and we paid extra , and then they gave us a less fuel while on the documents they have mentioned a full tank , during delivery they charged us 30 euro for the fuel
Cons:More transparency as well as cooperation from there staff
