Cons:Never offered return map wasted lots of time finding it Same with exit From location So simple to print one with routes
Pros:Nothing. I returned the vehicle after 2 days of picking it up. My rental duration was for 60 days but opted out when I saw the condition of the vehicle.
Cons:Old vehicle fleet at the Larnaca airport Unprofessional staff
Pros:Was met at the airport by the Thrifty rep who led us to the shuttle bus to the depot. Pick up was straightforward, and the car was just as described.
Cons:Would have been good to be given a map so that we could find our way back to the depot to drop the car off. Drop-off was very rushed - we were hustled into the shuttle bus before being able to hand over the key properly, or being able to sign anything. I'm hoping that we don't get charged for anything retrospectively ...

Cons:на каяк указана машина Luxury- Audi A4 или аналог, на месте сказали , что никакого kayak.com они не знают и Thrifty не отвечают за другие интернет платформы по аренде машин и предложили десятилетний убитый Форд Фокус. После отказа от такой машины и просьбы отвезти обратно в аэропорт нашелся новый Форд Фокус, что нас полностью устроило, хоть и не Luxsury

Cons:First car, lack of maps, small street signs in lowercase Greek. A dangerous country once off the main roads.
Cons:The shuttle bus didn’t come to the airport as advertised - I had to find the offfice phone number and ask them to pick us up. Wasted an hour on that. When finally got to their office, which was in the middle of nowhere, the guy told me I won’t get the Audi A4 class car (as booked), but Ford Focus class car for the same price. He said that if I don’t like it, he doesn’t care and I should complain to kayak because it’s not his problem. Knowing it was middle of nowhere and already wasted too much time on whole rental process, I was forced to accept that outrageous offer. After all, I didn’t really know whose fault it was - Kayak’s or Thrifty’s or somebody else’s. What I care for is that I didn’t get the type of car I booked in advance and didn’t get any discount for that, didn’t even know who to really complain to. After all, the same guy did a car conditition check up with me, to write down where are any damages. He made it very clear I will be charged for any additional damages, even minor. Even though this is normal, he did it in such a way, that for the next 10 days I was stressed for any scratches that I will be charged heavily for them. After all nothing like this happened (maybe because it was somebody else receiving the car), but whole pleasure of rental was gone anyway. Highly NOT recommended. The service is poor and you simply not get what you paid for. I should get compensated, but I just want to forget about this place. Will never use Thrifty or Kayak again and will recommend not to do this to all my friends.
Pros:The car had low mileage and we had no problem during our road trip.
Cons:We expected A4 our equivalent but ended with Ford Focus. Basic model, no options, not even parking sensors. Rental counter is 10 minutes drive from airport by shuttle. Staff in general does the minimum to be ok, but clearly not pleasant.
