Pros:

STAFF WAS FRIENDLY FOR PICK UP BUT THERE THERE WAS NO ONE AROUND AT ALL FOR DROP OFF. JUST A NOTE TO PUT THE KEYS IN A BOX.

Cons:

A LARGER CAR AND THEY HAD THEM AVAILABLE AND ALMOST $14 A DAY FOR AN EXTRA DRIVER IS AWFUL. I EVEN HAVE AAA AND THEY WOULD NOT HONOR A FREE EXTRA DRIVER

I really enjoyed the gentleman who checked me in. I was unsure of what type of vehicle to get and he guided me in the right direction perfect. So grateful What could be better is I was unsure of where to pick the car up there was nobody at the budget desk so I had to go inside the airport and turn the vehicle in as well as check it out there was nobody at the office in the parking garage when I picked up and when I dropped off. Thank you other than that it was wonderful. Thank you

The staff was wonderful but their were no cars available and ready, I think they should put it on website no car available. They had so many people waiting on car and no cars was available.
