Price was great and I was able to get a vehicle very quickly and easily. My biggest issue was that I selected a Tesla or similar luxury electric vehicle and was downgraded to a Hyundai Venue, which is a subcompact gas SUV. I also had to reach out to budget to ask for a bit of a refund for this downgrade.

The experience was poor, I did the check in online to pick up the car at 8:30 am and I arrived around 8:45 to pick up the car and the front desk lady told me they don’t have the car ready and I need to wait 30 minuts. I wait for almost 2 hours. Delay all my trip.

I really enjoyed the gentleman who checked me in. I was unsure of what type of vehicle to get and he guided me in the right direction perfect. So grateful What could be better is I was unsure of where to pick the car up there was nobody at the budget desk so I had to go inside the airport and turn the vehicle in as well as check it out there was nobody at the office in the parking garage when I picked up and when I dropped off. Thank you other than that it was wonderful. Thank you
