Cons. You need to explain to me why i booked my room with priceline if im doing it thru you .. they made me pay again
Pros. Clean Room
Cons. The toilet in our room did not flush. Needed new valve and flapper. Told front desk three times about it but nothing was done. Facility is getting a little dated and it appears they are not maintaining it very well.
Pros. Can't check in late. Phones not working. Staff nice but incompetent. Rooms are updated ok with nice decor and large tv. Huge mall across the street. Many restaurants across the street. Last time there was a wasp nest inside my room. This time it was just not very clean and key didn't work when I moved in room. Couldn't add on a day to my Rez I had to start my Rez over completely. Computers go down at 2 am CST so u can't check in after that. Front doors locked and no one can check in. Even if you get them to open door. They cancel your room. And "close the books"
