9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was great for exploring Columbia Gorge, Portland but also for having little 'river district' in Vancouver WA within walking distance with a couple restaurants, coffee shop, beach and river walk.
Cons: Closer to Portland airport than we realized. Airplanes flying closely overhead every few minutes, you could hear them from the outdoor pool. Kitchen could have been better stocked, it really was only set up for eating or reheating prepared meals, not for cooking meals yourself.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very clean everyday, the property is well kept, the pool is kept clean and tidy. the breakfast area was nicely setup every morning.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good in the middle of the downtown in a reach of everything. Easy trip to Portland if you need it. Good sighting if you go east close to river. Very good selection of beer around, highly recommend.
Cons: I would say place is a little bit overpriced for its value. We've got crib fee plus dog fee. Plus room was changed to accommodate the kid and the dog. As a result for 2 days stay got + 50% price. Not very expected. Hotel Restaurant has very high prices for the amount of food they server. Low size tuna snack goes almost for 20 USD. I'm fine if I get the whole good meal for that money but not a small snack. Final thing

4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice and friendly when they could be found.
Cons: Just a friendly heads up there is construction in the back ground at 6am during the week would of been nice. The shower set up was a total inconvenience since it was at a downhill angle, water goes everywhere. The shower curtain wasn’t bolted to the wall and fell on my foot. I placed a towel on the top and it came crashing down. Which didn’t help with the water flooding all over the restroom. The fam didn’t work in the restroom so it smelled of mold. Just not what I expected from the high rating it was giving on the website.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room itself was clean.
Cons: I'm SHOCKED that this hotel has the rating it does! I'm not really one to leave this kind of review. It has to be pretty bad for me to do so. First there was four patches of long hair on the wall in our shower. The bark out front was on fire.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed is very comfortable
Cons: None
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: This is an extended stay self service hotel. If you're not looking for this type of hotel you will not be happy staying here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were extremely comfortable - kitchen well stocked for easy light meals. Pleasant atmosphere in lobby with good workout facility.
Cons: Of course a light breakfast room so I did not have to attend to shopping etc. We used Uber or family picked us up to spend lots of time with them mid morning and we did not return until 9pm each day.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room is very large and the suite amenities were very helpful.
Cons: Refrigerator was VERY noisy. It woke me up at times. However, I have stayed there several times and this was the only noisy room we have had.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: New facility; a little bland but acceptable. The lobby had no life to it. It may be because there was no breakfast, etc. You eat out or have breakfast in your room (extended stay). Room was spacious. Nice kitchen as well as plenty of work space.
Cons: Wifi didn't work! I was told that a contractor had cut the cable lines by accident. My luck.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed here numerous times while visiting friends in the area. Comfortable, affordable, clean,. This time I was initially given a room on the first floor...I was uncomfortable with that room and they upgraded me to a room on the 3rd floor that was bigger and no charge, even though I offered to pay extra. I truly appreciate their staff for exceeding hospitality.
6.2 Good
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff.
Cons: For a four night stay there was no maid service at all. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t at least clean up your room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, modern, kitchenette, helpful staff, nice desk in room. Full size fridge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern, clean, quiet, spacious room and friendly staff
Cons: Quiet neighborhood, but I'd prefer a place even closer to Portland. No big deal though. I'll stay here again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved that they accommodated me with my dogs, and it was in a fabulous neighborhood that I didn’t have to worry about my car.
Cons: Their dog area was taken over by construction. My fur babies and I are glad there were bigger grassy areas on the other side. Disclaimer: Please pick up your doggos poop!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the separate sleeping room from the dining and kitchen. Very well thought of floor plan. Very clean and great price if booked well in advance. Breakfast was a full on breakfast with eggs and oatmeal and biscuits and gravy. Very good.
Cons: I did not like that the hot tub was closed for "chemical monitoring". We attempted to book a second night but was told they could not give us the same price as the first and wanted double the cost of the room price we paid for the first night!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We make it habit to stay at Staybridge when we can. It is like a home away from home. They have everything you could want in the suite; pots, pans, dishes, dishwasher, full-size fridge. This way we can cook and save money from having to go out. It resembles a simple 1 bedroom apartment. The breakfast is always amazing a varies on location BUT it is a hit with kids. The amount you will spend going out to breakfast while traveling can be saved just staying here.
Cons: Nothing.
7.5 Good
Pros: The facilities were great, and the staff was excellent!
Cons: Although they worked with us in the end, our room was too close to the breakfast/meeting room, so we didn't get much rest.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was always good and they had it out before 7 all three days I was there also the dinners and free wine and beer socials were fantastic will definitely stay again
Cons: No fan in my bathroom so when me or my hubby showered my room would be hot and steamy
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The pool, the basketball court, the breakfast, the laundry facilities, sitting outside... perfect for some downtime
Cons: Very thin floors so sound travels above and under you
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious, and centrally located for our purposes.
Cons: We were located on the second floor. With someone above us we could hear running back and forth. We couldn't tell if it was a dog or a toddler. We did not complain but in the future, I will ask for a top floor room or one that does not have anyone above.
5.5 Okay
Cons: Non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke at check in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
7.0 Good
Pros: Eggs were great. Wanted a little more sausages and maybe a better variety on pastries.
Cons: Above.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice accommodations. Super (and free) breakfast. Offers light supper (complimentary) Monday - Thursday evening, such as soup and salad and other special menus (one menu per night). Nice, accessible business center. Loved having full kitchen in-house. Great wireless Internet access in room. Spacious bathroom. Good fitness room and options. Also tennis court. Nice ambience in lobby. Great for business travelers who need to get work done. Adjacent to mall with major department stores and close to restaurants.
Cons: Pool is outdoors only and probably available only during warm weather seasons.

Pros: This was a great place very clean and nice I will be back thank you
Cons: nothimg everything was great
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location near Mall easy on and off freeway access.
Cons: Time for some general maintenance, and updating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff!!!!
Cons: No
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property is very good, very comfortable and very easy to recommend to a friend to stay
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I like the decor. The dark woods and countertop combined with the white of the sheets lends a clean line to what some would describe as masculine but I find it comforting and organized. I must say that the people are much nicer and personable in Eugene. I moved from the east coast three and a half years ago and would say Portland people are more east coast abrupt and distant. Eugene people are polite and love laugh!
Cons: See above
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great coffee!
4.5 Okay
Pros: Clean
Cons: Booked the last night of our holiday for convenience as it was close to the mall and to Outback Steakhouse. Actually wasn’t as close as we hoped and lots of others closer. Finished my shower to find no bath towels and just a pile of bath mats, reception said if I wanted towels I’d need to collect from reception as she couldn’t come up. Room was clean with all toiletries etc.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The room was big and clean.
Cons: Hot tub never got above Luke warm and was so small. Staff was a mess! They lost all their housekeeping staff the week before I arrived and were training all new staff during my stay. No one knew what they were doing and the staff that did know their jobs were so overwhelmed and confused. When I asked for one of the workout packages that they so proudly advertised on the front desk the concierge told me he had no idea where to find one and had never seen one before. The breakfast was disgusting but normal fair for a hotel breakfast. When I asked to be compensated with a discount for my 9 day stay due to all the inconveniences the hotel was experiencing the manager told me she could do nothing but give me some points on a rewards card which is useless to me. This hotel is clean and neat but totally disorganized. I feel I definitely overpaid.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, affordable and the location near the mall was great. The staff was awesome, if I’m ever near Vancouver Wa again, this is where I’m staying.
Cons: Nothing!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, the room was spacious and the staff was good
Cons: The pool area and breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: we stay here 1 or 2 times a year. Always great
Cons: not a thing
6.8 Good
Pros: About the only thing I can say about this hotel was it's location. It was in the area of where i had to meet my clients.
Cons: The room had not been cleaned properly. There was dog food on the floor, which should have been my 1st clue. When I went to work on my computer at the desk I stepped in dog poop. As you can image how upset, angry and disgusted I was.

Pros: Best part: The beds were so comfortable. Second best part: The staff was exceptional. Polite, informative, and accomodating. Best breakfast! This is our hotel going forward for all our Vancouver trips!!
Cons: Struggled a tiny bit with cleaning staff
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property was very clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and we had great restful nights. We also enjoy the breakfast. The staff was helpful.
Cons: The pool was a bit dirty, but seems they last day of our stayed they called maintenance to take care of the pool.
5.8 Okay
Cons: I put in amount of guests in booking and was given a quote of 126 when I got there I was still under the impression that's what it was. I had 1 child 18 .and 2 under 18 they charged me 23.00 more than I was quoted. I know it doesn't seem like much but I don't like being misled.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: I made a mistake on my booking date for July 13th, so when I showed up on July 6 (the date I really needed) I realized what I had did. The front desk lady was super nice, booked me another room for the night. So I paid again since I had no choice, I was already there. I emailed booking.com to consider a cancellation since I still stayed at the property (and I understood I would still be charged a fee) but I never heard back.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: We were not on the bottom floor, and just moving our suitcases around when we very first got in caused the person below us to call and complain. While I know this isnt really the hotels fault, it seems the floors are "thin" so walk quietly
10.0 Excellent

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hot food was not that great but the pancakes were ok. Good choices and lots of variety! Toaster very slow. Beds were very comfortable
Cons: Some firmer pillows.

6.0 Good
Pros: It was close to my work.
Cons: I booked a no smoking room, and it reeked of cigarette smoke. I didn't know if it used to be a smoking room and they switched things around or what, but it was obvious it had been a smoking room at one point and that it had been smoked it for years.
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff friendly and location good.
Cons: Overpriced for the accommodations. Hot tub was extremely small. More like a hotel 6.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was just okay but better than none. It had the basics like a simple cafateria sourced from Costco, but paled in comparison to gas station hot/heated food.
Cons: Things are getting old and worn, including common areas. A refreshing would help.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was one of the better ones that we have had ay other motel/hotel. It was nice that you have an indoor pool and spa. It was nice that you had hot coffee on all hours of the day with nice chairs and a TV to watch.
Cons: We were put in a handicap room because my wife walks with a cane and the handicap room made it easy for her to get in and out of the tub. the room was nice but it was right next to the stairs and people going up and down the stairs sounded like they were running up and down them. The mattress could use some help like a new one.

6.8 Good
Pros: Excellent location to the amphitheater for our concert!! Comfortable beds
Cons: Pool was dirty , I was supposed to have king room, gave me 2 queens.. mold in bathroom
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It is close to the park and ride which took us to the concert.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I guess location, just because I happened to be driving by and was tired.
Cons: There was no running water in the shower, after they attempted to fix it for quite some time while I just sat in the room. It was determined to be broken. Then offered to be moved to a new room at 10:45 am when check out is 11am
6.8 Good
Pros: Location was great, we did need to walk to a few places. staff was great. We enjoyed the breakfast and loved that there was a good working coin operated washer and dryer on site. The room was fairly big and usb plugs in the lamp was a nice touch. There was a fridge! The staff allowed a late check out for us. No problems with parking as there were many spots available.
Cons: The hotel is sadly outdated and a little depressing. The exterior is lovely and manicured with a fountain right out front but inside looks like 1999. The rooms are gloomy with terrible led lighting and windows that don't open. The room has that damp feeling that is so uncomfortable and it is due to the window A/C unit. It smelled old and damp. The shower curtain was impossible to keep closed so the shower water came out easily onto the floor.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice room, good location, beautiful entrance and lobby! Good breakfast!
Cons: Tiny ants in the bathroom.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and breakfast were great.
Cons: Double beds are small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, beds comfortable, and spacious. This is what I expect from Comfort Inn and I was not disappointed.
Cons: The breakfast was ok, but they ran out of some food items by 8 am and I was told they would not have more till the next day. When we checked in the bathroom door in our room was broken and would not close at all. It was more complicated, and took more time, than I had expected to get a different room. This was not a big deal, but the person who dealt with this at the lobby desk seemed annoyed that she had to accommodate us with a different room and at first told us there were no other rooms available. Then one appeared.
4.3 Okay
Pros: It was quiet
Cons: I made a reservation for a room with two queen beds. I was told it wasn’t available upon check in. We waited while many others were helped. Several of their rooms not available either. Finally when I asked if our room was ready yet, I was told it was completely gone, just not cleaned yup ( not what was first said)I was given an “ upgrade” to a single king. We had three people! We were given a roll away with a mattress of about 20 years with springs piping at. Other hotel guests were given rooms with twin beds when they ordered queen. Only compensation was the upgrade that wasn’t an up grade. The staff even asked me if I needed two beds. Well, yes that is what I ordered several weeks ago. Still true. I was told only option was the “ king suite”. Over room, facility and staff were seriously lacking in customer services.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They have very comfortable bed. The location was perfect for my need.
Cons: Parking can be problem if you arrive there late at the night.

Cons: The pillows did not smell fresh and I hurt my ankle bone on a bed rail that was jutting out from the mattress.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Stayed for work conference location was fantastic only a half mile away. Staff very pleasant
Cons: That I had to be gone so early and didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast
9.3 Excellent

10.0 Excellent

Cons: The ATM was out of order both days we were there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great and the employees were awesome

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The fully equipped kitchen was by far the best feature. It was extremely clean and organized. Full sized everything! The bathroom was really nice. The room wasn't lacking anything I needed. There was a large area in the room with no furniture ---it was nice to use for floor exercises and storing extra luggage, ect . The bed linen was extra white with no stains or smells.
Cons: The room had a weird smell--sort of a mix of pool chlorine and an animal smell. The pool is much too close to the rooms-- very noisy. The bed was so soft with very little back support. It was comfy to lay on to watch TV, but much too soft for a good night's sleep, unless you like super soft beds. Couldn't hear people above or next to me, but the hall area outside the room was extremely noisy. The doors make a loud click and that too added to the noise level. All this said, I enjoyed my stay.
6.0 Good
Pros: Had a hidden feel. Small. Personal. Big room. 1st floor allowed Us to relax on patio. Good TV. Good beds. Cozy.
Cons: Very very closed to cancelling due to the pool & hot tub closing so early if at all. These days families are up all nite. Disabled, I needed a hot soak & some milk & cookies. These days families up late & we need activity. Need dimmers. Need warm colors.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was perfect for what we needed and room was spacious.
Cons: Customer service was lacking. We walked into the lobby to check in and a woman yells from the back room, “are you checking in and do you have a reservation?” It was only after we yelled back, “yes” that she decided to come out and address us face to face. Room didn’t feel very clean and looked somewhat rundown. I booked a non smoking room but there was an oder to it that said maybe it wasn’t always nonsmoking. The shower set off the smoke alarm and it sounded as if someone were playing basketball above our heads early the first morning of our two night stay. I felt rooms were over priced for what we got.

Cons: Room lacked comfortable furniture.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was super spacious and the staff was super friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We needed an inexpensive hotel close to PDX and Quality Inns generally do not disappoint. Well-appointed, clean rooms; helpful front desk staff; near food and shopping options; breakfast included. Worked fine for our one-night stay.
Cons: Not in the classiest part of town and a little difficult to find (set back from the road up a driveway so use your GPS and watch for a sign when you get close).
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Maid didn't empty coffee maker or supply another coffee.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Is more like an apartment than a hotel.
