Cons:
When we picked up the car, one employee was complaining about another employee not being there on time. Before leaving I mentioned the rental was missing a hubcap, the employees said “yeah we know” as if this was normal. They stated that it’s ok to still rent if no “rim”..I could go on with more...3.6 Poor

Cons:
I’m still trying to get a breakdown of the bill. It was insanely more expensive than it should have been. AND the speedometer on the first car stopped working while i was driving. I had to go to the nearest enterprise and change out the car. While i was there they tried to blame scrapes on the roof from snow removal on me. I had been in possession of the car for less than 2 hours and it had not snowed. It was a really bad experience.8.0 Very good
