Pros: It was a beautiful hotel and wld love to stay there again.
Pros: I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The staff was kind, the room was spacious and felt homey, and the location was great. There are 12 floors, and our view from the 9th floor balcony was beautiful. On the first night we stayed my boyfriend and I somehow found a way to lock ourselves out of it however. After placing a call to the front desk, not even 10 minutes later two service men were in our room opening the door, and went as far as to show us how to prevent it happening again. Everything met, and often exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be using this hotel in the future! One of, if not the best in OCMD.
Cons: Can't think of anything
Pros: I have stayed in a number of hotels in OC over the years and this one is at the top. I loved their spacious rooms and the indoor pool. The staff was courteous and helpful.
Cons: Probably my only minor complaint is that the maid service tended to run late into the day. We got back to our suite at 3:30 pm and the room had not been made up yet.
Cons: No daily housekeeping

Pros: it was very close and convenient for our MSEA convention
Cons: Our room (an even number) was not bay front.
Pros: The location was good for us..close enough, but far away enough. Contrary to another comment about the breakfast, I thought it was great. I've eaten at many hotels that include breakfast and this was one of the better.. The sausage was turkey, pre done cheese omelettes, fresh fruit and whole wheat bread, prefect for me.
The staff was friendly..
Pros: Clean and comfortable. No issues with noise on a packed weekend.
Cons: It was expensive, but also a relatively late single night booking during the summer.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the boardwalk and beach, and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to the pool was appreciated. The continental breakfast, while standard, was competent and convenient, including hot waffles.
Cons: The cleaning staff was a little careless. They changed our fitted sheet but left the sheet they removed in the room, and when we checked around the room to make sure we didn't leave anything, we discovered the battery cover for the remote, which had been missing when we got there. Also, there were multiple hooks on the wall where it appears pictures were hung but they are now bare, which is a bit unusual.
Pros: Breakfast super friendly staff, proximity to the beach, close to everything but still quiet. Very clean and up to date
Cons: Balcony was a little small in fifth floor if your going with a group of friends. For two it was really no big deal
Pros: The room was clean, close to the boardwalk/beach and the continental breakfast was great!
Pros: The mattresses were actually comfortable which almost never happens in Ocean City. It was close to everything. It was also nice to have breakfast included.
Cons: Pool was a little small but at least it had one and it was clean.
Pros: I love everything. the people were excellent. the room was very spacious. the shower was lovely. location was fabulous couldn't ask for better. I will definitely stay here again next year when we come to visit
Pros: I enjoyed going outside on the patio.
The breakfast was tasty. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The shower needed towel hooks so the towel didn't have to lay on the toilet or bathroom countertop.More hooks could be used to hang up wet towels. The phone was missing & the front desk clerk was unaware of this possible theft by a former guest. There was the same trash in & outside of the elevator and in the stairwell for over 12 hours.

When visiting Boardwalk, Atlantic House Bed and Breakfast is a great choice to consider. Free perks include hot/cold buffet breakfast, WiFi, and self parking.
Cons: Didn't like it dirty housekeeping issues electrical outlets falling off the walls exhaust fan did not work in 2 rooms unfriendly people needs renovation desperately
Pros: On the beach and clean and orderly with great ocean front rooms and kitchenettes as an option.
Cons: Restaurant food is okay. Coffee and meals suffer from lack of refined flavor and enthusiasm. But, still a good value for getting a place on the beach with nice rooms.
Cons: The bed was rock hard
Pros: The staff was very friendly. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend to friends travelling to Ocean City.
Pros: Clean Rooms, Excellent helpful staff. Perfect for a quick getaway or an extended stay. Highly recommend the Ocean View, with no boardwalk it is quite peaceful.
Pros: Tempur pedic mattress!
Kitchen in the room, with dishwasher!
Very convenient and open pool area
Oceanfront (sort of)
Supermarket, coffee shop, bar, and restaurant all within walking distance
Cons: Somewhat deceptive ocean front. The hotel has a massive indoor pool/lounge area. Many of the rooms overlook this area, not the outside or the beach.
However this wasn't a totally bad thing since it was pretty cool and windy outside, being Memorial Day weekend.
Pros: Our room was very spacious and clean. Staff was super nice. Great location!
Cons: Only complaint was that the coffee at the convenience store was super old and gross looking. Other than that this was a great value!
Pros: What isn't to like? A good restaurant. Bars by the beach, pool, and comedy club. A wonderful seafood buffet.
Indoor pool if it nasty outside complete with a small arcade. Plenty for the kids to do.
Cons: Nothing . I love the place. Something about it makes you feel like a king. I plan on returning.

Pros: I came here and stayed for two nights. I absolutely loved it! We stayed ocean front. It was amazing, the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on, and the staff was wonderful! Great stay!
Cons: To have ice machines with water on each floor.
Cons: Small room and bathroom
Pros: Nice quiet friendly service hotel modern and well kept. Great value for what you get.
Pros: Very clean staff very friendly excellent place to stay with a great location
Pros: The bed was comfortable. There was coffee in the room.
Cons: The ad is very misleading. I thought I wS getting an Ocean Front room, but, when I got to my room, my "view" was of the alley and the air conditioning equipment from the restaurant next door. I overlooked the trash receptacles too. The room was right next to the elevator too! So, the noise from all the equipment and the elevator was a bit much. If I had not driven so far that day, I would have left, but I was too tired. Iice was on a totally different floor, the chair in the room was comfortable, but you could not open the door to the balcony without having to move it-EACH TIME. I use Kayak a lot and this was one of several disappointments in recent stays. It may be time to switch.

There is no charge for children 17 and under with an adult at this smoke-free lodging.
Cons: Location of Room.
When we reserved our room online, we "conveniently" weren't told that our our room was located on the 1st floor. That wouldn't have been so bad if "construction chord/wire was not directly in front of our "ocean view," that we paid an extra $35.00 (Ocean Front View) for.
This "construction material" partially blocked our view of the Ocean. The hotel would not give us another room, said they were full. Lesson learned; if secure a room online, make sure your "Ocean View" is not blocked by construction. Ask first!!.
Pros: Everything was great
Pros: Room were a good size the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quite
Cons: there were no television channels for young children.

Pros: Friendliest staff I've ever met
Easy check in (called me to let me know room was ready)
Nice little free breakfast in the am and 24hr coffee
Cons: Room was a bit warm when I walked in but the AC worked very well and cooled it quickly
Pros: Bed was nice, complimentary breakfast, staff was very helpful, nice looking building
Cons: No microwaves in room! :O
Pros: Our room was ready when we arrived. Room was clean. Bathroom looked new. Staff was friendly. My husband and I would definitely stay there again. But for a short stay. Hotel is close to outlets and a short ride to beach and boardwalk.
Cons: Pool was small. Exercise room was even smaller
Pros: The people in the room above were extemely loud at 11 pm. Slamming doors, jumping on floor and bed.
Cons: See above

Cons: Staff at front desk and location of breakfast area

Pros: This was our first time staying at the Paradise Plaza Inn. We will stay here again. The location is awesome. It is right on the Boardwalk, and beach, and close to everything. There are even several stores right in the hotel. We had a semi-Oceanview room, on the fourth floor. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and taking in the salt air, while watching the sand and surf. The hotel staff is super friendly. The staff was beyond helpful, accommodating and friendly. The Queen beds were comfortable and super clean. Room service keeps everything fresh, clean and fun; as they turn your towels into animals! The rooms are surprisingly spacious and felt new.
Pros: Good location and good staff
Cons: One of the latches on the celling fail off and rust and dirt fail off on to the floor at 6am. The curtains were broken, the room right beside us had kids screaming and crying and had a dog that barked ever time we moved in the room.
Cons: I was really excited to stay here. Upon arrival, the location of the hotel was perfect! I go in to check in, there is no one in the lobby and I literally stood at the desk for 8 minutes before being helped. Finally a girl comes around and says she didn't see me; not a problem, she gets me in and up to the room we go. Once we enter you are literally right on the boardwalk, great view! We drop the bags and go out to dinner reservations we had as we were in a rush didn't even look at the room. Once we get back I notice while getting ready for bed there is black mold everywhere lining the room. We go to close the blinds for bed and literally 100+ nats coming flying out. I called the front desk immediately, he literally said "can I call you right back", and 2 minutes later I have a housekeeper I would assume in my room with a can of Raid! She couldn't even believe how many there were! On top of that, a dirty rag came from under the blinds. Something that was obviously missed. I told the housekeeper that I was not sleeping in a room with this many bugs and certainly not after spraying Raid. She leaves and I get a call " do you want to switch rooms" I responded yes, I am told to come down and they will give me new keys. I get to the desk, there is NO apology which is honestly what makes me so mad about this experience. I get to the new room, and the keys they just gave me- don't work. I go back down, and she re-keys and sends me on my way. Again, no apology it's 11:30 at night and I'm ready for bed. I'm now bothered to the point where it's hard to sleep. The most annoying part is had I gotten the room they switched me to, to start with we wouldnt of had a problem as this room was exactly the same but actually CLEAN. I'd like to say this seems like a nice play to stay and we just had bad luck with the room, however the behavior from the staff really bothered me. If management would like to reach out, I have plenty of pictures and videos of the first room. Room 503 definetly needs some work.
Pros: Clean and reasonably priced
Pros: Excellent and accommodating staff, Nice room with a comfortable bed, balcony and beautiful view of the boardwalk and ocean, very reasonable rate.
Cons: Most of the hotel's facilities were closed, due to the off-season.
Pros: Upon check in, we were greeted by friendly staff, and given an upgrade to a larger room. The room was nice, very appropriate for a beach vacation. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to pier(about 15 min), but also far enough away from the massive pier crowds. We got $10 coupons (one for each day we were there) for the restaurant attached to the hotel, which was fabulous! We did have an issue that was promptly resolved with staff, and management went out of their way to accommodate us.
Cons: This in no way is the fault of the hotel, but be aware that since this hotel is located next to the beach there may be extra crowds, traffic. We had a car alarm going off several times throughout the stay. This, of course, goes along with the atmosphere of Ocean City.
Pros: The room was very nice and clean.
Cons: The wifi was absolutely terrible. The outlets where in weird places.
Pros: We went to the beach on a whim. We found this hotel reasonably priced on Kayak. It turned out great. Room was great - right on the boardwalk. Staff was excellent. We had a great time.
Cons: Nothing... everything was good.
Pros: Staff was very hospitable and pleasant. The location on the boardwalk was very convenient to all attractions. Lovely oceanfront view, the balcony glass doors were clean and clear, definitely maintained. This cannot be said for some of the other boardwalk hotels. Nice "Bath & Body works" brand toiletries.
Cons: A bit dated, spots in carpet and dim bathroom, but this did not affect our stay. If we stayed during peak season and paid the rack rate, would expect a more up to date facility.
Situated by the ocean, Paradise Plaza Inn is a great choice for a stay in Boardwalk. Guests can hang out at the outdoor pool or seasonal outdoor pool, or grab a bite to eat at 9th St Taphouse, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms feature conveniences like kitchenettes, along with balconies and bathrobes.
Pros: We loved the balcony and oceanfront view. The pool and pool bar are awesome and staff very friendly. Room was clean. Decor is outdated but I cant hold that against them. Staff is friendly. The hotel is smoke-free but they provide smoking areas with seating and ashtrays just outside the doors which is nice for us smoke-when-we-drink types. Location is great except its near the end of the boardwalk so walking with kids towards the Jolly Rancher rides and other boardwalk attractions is a huge hike.
Cons: Kids were looking forward to the big chess set in the activity room and me and my sister were thrilled about having access to the gym. Both need serious renovations. The chess set pieces are broken and dirty and the gym is tiny and not well equipped. The machines are circa 1980 with some rust. The water cooler tray was slimy.
The candy the kids won in the arcade was stale and nasty.
They provided shampoo but no conditioner.
We were annoyed when we needed more coffee and were told to come to the front desk to get it instead of someone delivering it to the room. We paid a little too much to be retrieving our own staples.
Pros: This hotel was right on the boardwalk and in the middle of the everything which is what we were looking for.
Cons: The hotel is 100% smoke free so you can't even smoke on the balcony and you sign a paper saying they'll charge you $150 if you smoke.
Pros: liked the view. liked the location around 22nd st.
Cons: The bed was the worst. Both beds were bad. The shower was too small for two, tub was too small for two.
Pros: Convenient and restaurants down stairs
Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Wallpaper peeling off of walls in several areas of the room and bathroom. No fan in bathroom . A/C was extremely loud, kept us awake. No supplies in kitchenette (detergent, cloths, towels). No receipt was given when asked for.
Cons: The room was dated, fairly clean but the age of the room made it feel less comfortable
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel about 6 hours before the actual check in time(4:00) because we wanted to go to the beach. Staff was able to have our room ready by 1:00 which was awesome and we were totally not expecting it. Ocean view from our room was beautiful and we had a side room too! We have a room with 2 queen size bed and the room was pretty large with a nice balcony.
Cons: Beds were not very comfortable and anytime I moved it was extremely loud. I felt like I couldn't turn from side to side without waking up the other person in the bed next to me. Bathroom was tiny, but honestly it did the job and was clean. Room walls are pretty thin that u can hear the room next door a lot. Especially when they would open or close their room door.
Pros: This hotel had everything you could needed; coffee shop, clothing store, bar, spa, waterfront access. The room was spacious and clean.
Cons: I am under 21 and needed to get my parents to fill out a paper and provide a credit card, which is something I didn't find out until I went to check in. That was a huge hassle. But the people at the front desk let us check in before we provided the papers which was kind. Also they have a few 15 minutes spaces in front of the hotel and their towing staff just sits there with timers waiting for yours to go off. I think that's rude considering we're paying guests and checking in shouldn't take 15 minutes so if it does, it's probably the hotels fault.
Pros: Location right on the Boardwalk.
Cons: Room was not cleaned well and didn't smell so good. Left the room for not even an hour in the morning, put the do not disturb sign on the door and the maid entered the room anyway. All she did was put out her tip envelope. My first tip, listen to your customer.
Pros: The location was great enjoyed our breakfast at the restaurant on the 6th floor. We sat out on the patio. You can not beat the view. We were in the 9th floor.
Cons: The balcony arent private and if your neighbor is skinny enough or a child they can waltz right over. The towels were dirty. There was still make up on the one and the same brown spot on all of the towels. Our room it's self was pretty clean despite what other reviews might say.
Pros: Room had great view.
Stay was unremarkable.
They own an entire parking garage across the street.
Cons: Short staffed at front desk.
Pushy cleaning people on checkout day.
Pros: Room had an excellent view. Kid friendly spacious rooms.
Cons: Bathrooms were small but were useable.

Guestrooms at this Ocean City hotel each feature balcony, TV, complimentary wireless Internet access, and phone with voice mail. Other amenities include microwave, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board. Cribs and rollaway beds are available.
Pros: Checkin was quick, our room clean and well furnished with coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator. We have stayed here several times in the past and look forward to our next visit.
Pros: Nice rooms, view.. Value for money
Pros: The room was very clean, including the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was great and definitely worth it!
Pros: Very nice rooms and staff. clean and not too much noise at night. Nice pool too.
Cons: The Dennys resturaunt next door left a little to be desired, long wait time to get seated even though there were lots of empty tables. need better management, definatly need a better place to eat breakfast. You need to go across the street to get to the beach which was not too bad.
Pros: Over all, the value for the price was good. The beach was just across the street with ample parking space at the hotel. Front desk staff was friendly.
Cons: My friend threw up all over the toilet and floor and I cleaned most of it in the morning before we left to the beach. When we came back, the bathroom and room seemed to have been cleaned but it reeked of the smell of regurgitation and when looking closely the floor, toilet, and side part of tub was not cleaned properly.. Soo pretty much all they did was "basic cleaning" --making the bed, wiping off counter, and hanging up towels..not very clean
Pros: Cleaner than I expected.Price was great. Staff was great and professional.
Cons: Takes wile for water in shower to heat up And the trim for the shower diverter was from a different brand of diverter. A cheap fix instead of just installing a whole new diverter. No big deal for me but might be confusing for some people on the shower operation. Room 350 FYI.
Pros: Great service and very clean!!!
Cons: Gym could be updated a tad
Pros: Staff real nice
Pros: I was very pleased when we opened the door to our room. It was very clean and the bathrooms were nice, with updated rooms.very pleased with how much parking was offered and how close to the beach we were. For the price I expecting nothing more and nothing less.
Cons: After everyone got showers and having the bathing suits hanging to dry, I found the ventilation to be awful. We were on ground floor so we could not open windows, not sure if other rooms above could open their windows or not, but it would have been very helpful. It was quite hard to sleep with the humidity in the room. I would like to say I would stay again because of how nice the hotel actually was. But I had a hard time sleeping smelling moisture all night.

Pros: The rooms were cozy, the view of the water was amazing. We did kayaking right on site. Also the staff at front desk was super informative and sweet.
Cons: The only thing i didnt like was that noise travels easily through walls at night.
Pros: I liked that they were very friendly at the office, and gladly refunded my money. So even though my stay was not pleasant, they were good business owners in being cordial about the situation, and offered to give me price break if I gave them another chance. Their taking accountability of the situation made a bad situation much better, which did make me think they had integrity. THis place is good for people on a budget who like rustic/camping type places and don't mind it kinda rough around the edges.
Cons: Room was dirty, and they did NOT FLUSH THE LINES OUT from ANTI-FREEZE from winterizing their motel, before issuing me my room. This plus the overall room non-cleanliness had me running out of there the next morning. They DID refund me with NO PROBLEM, and DID OFFER to give me a price break if I was willing to come back and try them another time. I doubt I will, but just the offer softened the situation, which was greatly appreciated. And it was a non-hassle to get my pre-paid money back for the other days I was scheduled to stay. The place is good for families or people who like "campground" style, rustic accommodations. It's bare bones at best. But good enough if you won't be there much on a budget.
Pros: Pleasant grounds; close to Ocean City beach via bridge; beach area accessible via Park & Ride shuttle that stops a mile or so from the motel.
Cons: Kayak and canoe rentals are advertised, but hours of availability are limited by tides, and the person who handles the rentals can be difficult to contact. During a 3-day stay, we were unable to arrange a rental.
Room cramped, but adequate as a place to sleep while visiting the area.

Cons: Some of the staff greeted us with a grunt and no eye contact. Almost annoyed that we asked a question!
On check out a staff member had be sign an account which was not mine, for more than double the amount! I asked her to please check with the guest before handing them the incorrect paper work. I asked her to tear up the incorrect signed bill...she looked at me like I was the crazy one!!!????
That said, some of the younger staff member seemed a little more friendly and approachable.
Pros: The location was perfect. Just steps from the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Incredibly convienient to restaurants and stores. The in-hotel restaurant and deli are absolutely delicious. And pretty moderately priced for the quality of the food. The water pressure in the shower is pretty awesome!
Cons: Needs remodeling
Pros: I got what I asked/payed for. The view. The hammocks.
Pros: Outdoor pool area and location are the only reason I would ever come back
Cons: Paid close to $900 to be a guest Memorial Day weekend (Thursday-Monday) and did not arrive until 4:00 Monday morning so one day i essentially did not use the room and 1 out of the 2 or 3 days I only received house keeping. The other days all that was done was a change of the towels. Bed linens were never changed (makeup on pillow case still), beds were never made, toilet paper was never changed when empty and room looked atrocious. When this was brought up to the front desk on Sunday it was around 6 when I had just gotten back for the day and at that point my guest and I wanted to unwind before we went out so for house keeping to come up was pointless. The following day when I checked out I was told by management there was nothing he could do because I booked through a third party, however when I contacted the third party who contacted the manager I received a 50 dollar refund. 900 dollars was spent and I only received 50 dollars back when it my opinion not everything I paid for was included. I don't follow especially since one of the days I had reserved the room I never even used it! Not to mention the coffee pot was broken and it took 12 hours for us to receive a new one. Our refrigerator leaked which we did not notice until Sunday night when we got back from being out, but had house keeping actually cleaned maybe it would have been seen before. Prior to all of this I had planned on staying at this location again but after my experience and my experience when I expressed how unsatissfied I was, I'm not so sure. I would rather give another hotel my business in hopes that I am treated the way a guest should be. I go to school for hospitality management so these scenarios or ones similar to these are all things students are taught and how to hand as a means of avoiding the non return guest.
Pros: Location to beach and surrounding attractions. Minutes from downtown OC and Fenwick Island.
Cons: A bit busy on the Memorial Day weekend as lots of young people were checking in / staying.
Pros: Restaurant was fantastic. Not like any other hotel restaurant but you don't need to stay here to take advantage of it. Room was very clean.
Cons: Staff was not friendly or accommodating. Fire alarm woke everyone up around 730am. Beds were tolerable. Hallways need air fresheners or a dehumidifier because they were musty.
Pros: The ocean view was lovely, and the hotel stay was great. I really enjoyed myself and my family did as well.
Cons: Everything , the room and the ocean view was lovely.
Pros: We love the hotel, great location and very clean, this was the second time for us. We had a little hick up upon check in but this was handled professionally and satisfying for us! We had a great time! Thank you

Pros: The pools were great and we loved how close to the beach.
Cons: The furniture is way past worn out and although the room was clean it smelled like someone's musty basement. The ac only goes down to 66, it was a little warm...other than that it was a decent place to spend a short weekend.
Pros: Rooms were clean and prices were good compress to many other hotels.
Pros: Central Location, close to fager's island
Cons: It was a dump. Doors wouldnt lock properly, balconies full of people smoking weed, front desk staff that was a mess.
Pros: Two king beds! Great for large families with small children!
Pros: over all comfort and cleanliness
Cons: didnt like all the noise from low rider weekend
Pros: Proximity to bars and restaurants and ample parking. Very nice balconies and view of bay.
Cons: Rooms smelled .old small toilets and furniture . The rooms by elavator have to hear it all night when people get on and off.

Pros: It was good for the one night stay no problem
Cons: The water drain slow in the bathtub
Cons: Getting my room late, the towels had fuzzy stuff , when you wipe off from the shower, trash sitting a long time on the floors , before they move it out, and the smell, and the water in my tub only goes down after I shower, and the water goes from hot to cold
Pros: Stayed here for four nights for a family reunion in South Bethany. There were five of us, incl. 3 grown children, and we had plenty of room (blowup mattress plus 2 double beds). The location was ideal, walking distance to many food places, plus a straight shot into South Bethany or Ocean City. Staff was very friendly. The beds were extremely comfy, especially all the pillows! Great water pressure (key when you have all 5 showering for the same event) and plenty of walking space in the room, even with the mattress set up all day. On our final night we finally made it up to the rooftop bar for a farewell drink -- wish we had gone up sooner!
Cons: The refrigerator's freezer compartment did not refreeze our ice bottles, which was a real disappointment when we were doing the beach each day in 90+ degree weather. We used the ice machine instead, which worked well, but would have preferred the frozen ice bottles to save on water. We notified the front desk on day 2, but did not have it fixed before leaving on day 5. We loved having access to coffee 24/7, but the cups were a mere 6 ounces, so we were always grabbing at least two each (not too economical). Picky negatives since the stay overall exceeded expectations...
Pros: Not much at all. The room was spacious I guess??
Cons: Shower did not work, almost no water came out when put into shower mode and the hotel was not willing to do anything about it. They sent a "maintenance man" who told us to jiggle the lever a little and that should help, but it didn't. Then when I went down to the desk they said they were completely booked and suggest to jump in the pool. I would have left but by that time, any other vacancy in Ocean City was going to be $500 or more per night. The bed is lousy and like laying on springs, the AC unit couldn't keep up with the sun glaring in the windows until nightfall, there was someone else's hair in the bathroom, and just an overall run-down feel to the place. No exhaust fans in the bathroom, not even sure this is up to code? I would not suggest this.
Pros: For sure a family hotel!
Cons: There's really no place to take your pet for a walk. They say pet friendly but you have to wait till the sun goes down or go in the morning over a few streets to find some grass.
Pros: LOVED THE HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB! This was one of the best amenities I have ever had in my life. The pool felt around 78-80 degrees and was perfect considering the time of year (January) and the Hot Tub was ridiculously hot. They offer towels there too so it is easy to dry off.
Bathroom and bed were adequate and I have no complaints there. Fridge, microwave, and TV all worked fine.
The staff was also friendly.
Indoor Mini golf place is a block or two away.
Pet friendly (can be good or bad)
Arcade in the building: games include pinball, two person shooter, Fast and furious Tokyo Drift, Claw machine, and a few others which I found irrelevant.
I stayed 2 nights for $95 and I would come here again in a heart beat for that price. As a broke college student, this place will always be the first place I look in the future if the pricing stays around the same.
Cons: These are all very minor:
You are at 137th street which is good 10/15 min drive to the boardwalk.
Hotel restaurant/bar closes in Nov - April (but that's to be expected, imo)
Not many bars around to where you can walk back, especially in the winter season.
Pet friendly (can be good or bad)
Shower/bath water pressure went in-and-out sometimes
You can hear others talking and door slamming outside your room.
Pros: So, the place was relatively nice, me and my girlfriend didn't check in until late , so we didn't get to see the pool or hot tub facilities, every employee we interacted with was very kind and courteous, the issues we had we're dealing with water pressure, the hot didn't work on anything more than a trickle, and when we attempted to run a bath it was coming out both the spicket and shower head. The wifi worked fine with lots of buffering on Netflix and streaming services, I only paid 50 dollars for a night, so my issues are not that big of a deal in comparison to price, but I figured I'd divulge the information to others.
Cons: What hotel in this day doesn't have an iron/ironing board in the room; not even a blow dryers. Restaurant on premises shut down and staff didn't even have a wine key to open a bottle of wine we had to buy across the street. Just sloppy
Pros: it was comfortable and clean and the ocean and beach is right across the street and down a block. it was nice.
Cons: this is no where near the boardwalk, so if you want to walk the boardwalk, you will want something closer, but you can drive to the boardwalk.
Pros: Everything was good pool hot tub staff cleaning people
Cons: No smoking rooms
Pros: The Cali King bed, the large room and decent size bathroom. Peaky's roof top restaurant on the 8th floor. Very convenient to public transportation, the northside O.C. beach, and other mini golf and restaurant venues. Overall The Fenwick is not over run with kids, making it an excellent choice for adults looking for less touristy boardwalk bs and more space, peace and quite. Adequate on site parking.
Cons: The outside of room windows are so filthy, that it obscures ones vision and at times even the sun. Water pressure leaves a little to be desired. The breakfast is great at Peaky's rooftop restaurant located on the 8th floor of the Fenwick! But somebody needs to run a vacuum up there occasionally. "Some" members of the front desk staff only smile or speak when spoken too. So don't look for voluntary directions, advice, etc. should it be needed, cause you won't be asked.
Pros: Price, resteraunt, room size.
Cons: Cloudy pool. Poor repairs visible. Needs updated.
Situated by the ocean, Fenwick Inn is a great choice for a stay in Ocean City. The indoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at OC360 Eats + Drinks, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Loved the ocean view, proximity to beach. Staff was very accommodating.
Cons: No bathroom exhaust. Furniture functional but dated.
Pros: Beachfront balcony was okay
Cons: Minute we walked in the poor atmospere, dark, reception was poor.
We were on second floor behind outside bar which was very noisy.
Carpet in hallways stained and dirty.
We would not recommend to anyone else.
Pros: Nice size room
Cons: Didn't like having to go outside to get to our room, couch was broken down. Could use remodeling
Pros: I liked the pools and hot tub.
Cons: Elevators closed too fast.
