Timothy, May 2024 - Best Western Brooklyn-Coney Island Inn
Stayed here to run the Brooklyn Half Marathon. It's only 1 mile from the finish line so it was the ideal place in my opinion. It was on a quiet street at a dead end, so it's super quiet area. It's not near anything within the mile, you have to walk all the way to Coney Island for anything. Neighborhood seems relatively safe. You can't beat the free parking at the hotel (small parking lot, just a f...

Jorge, Feb 2018 - Best Western Gregory Hotel
Pros (+) The Hotel in conveniently located in the garment district. Macy’s is less than a block away. The rooms are very small, with a huge walking closet. I must say the rooms and lobby is very clean.
Cons (-) I chose this hotel among others in the area for the price, this was quoted $20 lower than a Hilton Garden Inn who is literally across the street. When checking out I was give the surprise that you have to pay what they call a “Tailored Fee”. Basically you pay $29 plus tax $32 in total, for “water (two small bottles found on top of the mini refrigerator, coffee (I don’t remer a coffee machine in th...

Anonymous, Dec 2016 - Best Western Plus Brooklyn Bay Hotel
Cons (-) A room in the basement, next to a broom closet, with 4 yards away from a street and a bus stop. A room that smells like an outhouse, is dirty like a single guys den and noisy like a Brooklyn bar. Absolutely THE WORST.
