Lee, Oct 2021 - Best Western Airport
This place was disgusting! My room was not clean. Smelled like someone had been smoking a pack a day in it for 50 years. The chairs where stained and discolored. I didn't even want to put my bags on them. The carpet felt sticky under my bare feet! really gross. I had hair ( not just one long piece ) but a couple of clumps stuck on the side wall of the shower. There was water pipe squeaking noises ...

Poor
Howard, Jan 2017 - Best Western Airport
Pros (+) 1st room had bad wifi 2nd room had bad toilet 3rd room ok Possibly foreign owned which usually means bad service and cheap repairs. Full time front desk staff the only one that understands and cares. The foreign staff have no idea about American standards. Person trying to fix the toilet layed his plunger on he bath mat, then on the carpet next to the bed as he used the phone to change my room.

Pros (+) Location was very convenient. Very close to I 44
Cons (-) I moved the pillows to adjust them and a cartoon sized spider with fangs was there. They changed my room as I did not want to deal with that.

Anonymous, Aug 2016 - Best Western Airport
Pros (+) It was what you would expect for a basic hotel room. The staff was nice and the room was clean and that's about all we needed.
Cons (-) You can tell it's an older hotel and the rooms could probably use a bit if updating but it's not so bad that it bothered me.
