Wonderful
John, Dec 2018 - Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Woodland Hills
Pros (+) Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room at a great price. Marriot delivers again!
Cons (-) Hard to find the entrance - driveway was hidden inside the mall parking lot.

Pros (+) I liked that there was a place to get breakfast and the rooms weren't bad.
Cons (-) I would've appreciated a better informative staff. When I first walked in it looked like a nice hotel but when you walk further back it was disaster. There was so much construction going on and there weren't any proper signage. I think it would've been ok if I was informed on the construction prior to purchasing a room as well as the staff to let me know when I checked in.

Pros (+) This is not typical for a Marriott hotel!
Cons (-) First room had a broken thermostat and wet carpet from a water leak. Couldn't sleep the first night because of the thermostat issue. Second room didn't have hot water. The staff said I needed to run the water for 20 minutes because it's an old building. Unfortunately I had done that and didn't get even warm water. I don't like cold showers!

Pros (+) Mostly everything was great. If a worker sees you they greet you. The bed was very comfortable and the room was great. The location is right by the mall so it's an awesome location. It is also a very quiet location.
Cons (-) Everywhere we looked online said there was continental breakfast however, there was not. Even when we checked in they said there was continental breakfast so we were very upset when we found out that wasn't true the next morning. The pool was small so not many people were able to get in it. There was a place where they could have a fire which would have been a great view. I get that it was hot out...

Cons (-) The website said there was a continental breakfast and that was a lie. The restaurant/bar was never open. Having a small child that made it difficult when she was hungry we had to always go out to eat and she just wanted to stay in.
