Pros (+) Downtown area was idea, the service people were on point. Front desk help us with all needs, places to go an eat. Made our trip memorable!

ricky, Oct 2016 - Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa-Woodland Hills at 71st & Memorial
Pros (+) Hotel has a newer updated feel. Clean, decent staff, and the location is near the mall. Lots of food options near.
Cons (-) The bed was horrible. I've slept on nicer beds a cheaper hotels. This mattress was broken or bend or something... there was a solid rail or something running from foot to head on the left side that made you feel as if you were trying to sleep on a 2x4.

Cons (-) The beds were horribly too hard. It felt like was sleeping on concrete. Pillows were bad too... I had to go to the chiropractor after sleeping on the bed...
