With 7,800 sq ft (725 sq m) of flexible event space, we're ideal for weddings, parties, and conferences too.
Regulars at their restaurant, our first stay was all we needed. Handsome, friendly, warm lobby area; helpful, attentive staff. The in-hotel restaurant is actually very good -- and has a great bar area. The staff that delivers items to rooms are very friendly, speedy folk.
Hotel is under renovation in part, so there are inconveniences until completion early next spring. When we were there, some desk staff are "in training" and not exactly use to speaking in English (!). The door-staff/valets are very helpful.
Location Comfort Price was for location. Have stayed in HI Express with just as nice rooms for way less than half the money
Charge for WiFi in room Do not ever touch mini bar. You will be charged
The hotel is very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful
There was only Luke warm water in the shower and after walking around boston on a 10 degree night it really put a damper on our romantic get away !!
Location was great. Everything was in walking distance. Room was clean, bathtub and shower was fantastic.
Room was a bit small, balcony was not a real balcony - very small step out balcony! A bit pricey for the size and amenities.
Great location, staff was great, hotel was beautiful
Air conditioning was loud, no in-room refrigerator, no vending machines, bed was a little too firm
Great place to stay if you are planning on visiting Quincy Market and the Aquarium area. Easy to get to from the highway.
No pool or hot tub
Location is great for exploring Boston - but if you don't want to hear the late night crowds at Quincy market-make sure to speak up.
The wine list in the restaurant is extremely overpriced and unfortunately I was served a bottle of wine that had not been stored properly and had turned. The bartender didn't agree but had the manager bring me a new bottle. That bottle was better than the first but still not tasting quite right-but we kept it because it was too much of a hassle.
The staff were very welcoming and the rooms were very large and clean. The location was excellent and I would stay there again
If anything the narrow hallways
Great location, very comfortable, most staff was very helpful. The best restaraunt we experienced in the downtown area. Their food was fantastic!
The housekeeping schedule was a bit off - but fine in detail. Also, one of the staff members was not particularly helpful with walking directions.
We liked the location - close to the airport, Faneuil Hall and the Financial center and places of interest.
The breakfast - only one available in the area - was expensive and not good. We were forced to go to one of the closest hotels in order to get a proper buffet breakfast.
Gabriel the concierge workers opening doors
the cover of heating unit fell off and the filter was loaded with dust
i loved how it was so close to the fanueil hall and it was an easy walk to most of the places, especially the freedom trail. it was also near the TD garden, so that was pretty awesome
The location of the hotel was perfect. No car needed as we were right next to all of the shopping of Fanuiel Hall. Also, the spa was right next door which just what we wanted for a girls weekend away.
The parking to stay at this hotel was really pricey. So we parked at the T-station which was a lot cheaper, however it meant a short walk to the hotel with all of our luggage
Location was near where I had to do business.
Location. Comfort. Relaxed atmosphere for a city centre hotel.
Breakfasts were rather expensive.
within walking distance of most everything and the balcony overlooking the area was great
thought the carpet needed to be cleaned in the room and possibly replaced in the hallways
Friendly staff, close to airport, walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in Boston's North End.
high quality room, comfortable, clean, brilliant location
