Cons:
The car I reserved was not available at the airport. Instead it was located 10 miles from the airport and the location was closed before I could pick up the car. Left stranded at the Pittsburgh airport and no one at the Enterprise location would help unless I wanted to pay double and take a smaller car.10.0 Wonderful

They noticed a hole in the driver's seat but did not record it. The staff in Alexandria claimed that I needed to pay for the hole, even though it is quite clear that the tiny hole in the seat is very old. She claims that there is no record. I would like signed affidavits from the staff that they saw the hole before even got into the car.6.0 Okay

A $200.00 deposit was required when I rented the vehicle (I was informed the deposit would be credited when I returned the vehicle.). When I returned the vehicle a day early, clean and without damage I was not given a receipt (paper or email.) Here we are 5 days later and no sign of my deposit. Disappointing.2.0 Poor

The staff were quick to check in and check outCons:
The car still had garbage in it from the previous renter. Crumbs on the floor, the steering wheel was sticky and dried mud on the outside. Very unclean. Also a ‘maintenance required’ message came up on the dashboard half way through the trip.Budget
