Situated in the trendy Williamsburg neighborhood, this hotel fits right in. Small rooms seem spacious thanks to oversized windows, bunk beds, and compact workstations that provide all the amenities with none of the compromise. There are numerous courtyards on the property, as well as a private event space and four different rooftop spaces for relaxing, dining, entertainment, and more.
Guests can enjoy beautiful views of the Manhattan Skyline as they lounge in their rooms or explore the hip neighborhood around the hotel, with many great attractions within walking distance. Pros (+) I like the pod concept, just need to rethink some of the interior architectural elements and layout – like the toilet being in the shower. The space really attempts to use every inch of the room which I appreciate.
Cons (-) There was no disclosure that the toilet was in the shower and that there's really no room in the room to be comfortable…outside of just sleeping. Because of the shower situation, we had to use the public restrooms frequently which were not well kept.
