Our expectations were higher than the experience. The design of the space is immaculate yet the service is average. The guest is not seen as the priority. At this room rate I would expect full amenities in the room yet it took two calls to get a tooth brush.
The fact that there is a minimum spend on sun loungers, for guests is ridiculous.
Great location to be amongst everything in Williamsburg. Really quality rooms and great view of manhattan. The water tower on the roof was a great place to have drinks and a dance on a Saturday night.
No free breakfast or coffee making facilities in the room. The iron supplied was rubbish.
The hotel is very stylish and clean. The rooms are beautiful and I really like the bed and pillows, they are super comfy. Restaurant opens at 7 AM, which was important for us as we had a business trip, so got up early and avoid looking for a place to eat. All staff was nice and helpful.
This hotel has a roof top bar and on Friday-Saturday it is really popular and has a lot of people. It becomes quite noisy, so if you are looking for quiet place it is not your choice. Also I would suggest this hotel for couples, not to stay with colleagues as bathroom does not give you a lot of privacy.
The rooftop is absolutely stunning
This place is next level! Highly recommended
Loved it all!
