I’ve used budget twice in the last month. Everything was fine EXCEPT the pick up experience. The infrastructure and logistics were awful and both times we had to wait 1.5 hours until getting the car.Reviewed Oct 16 2025

I was unable to rent from Budget when I arrived at the airport having prepaid my full rental for $750 they denied the rental saying it was a credit issue . Insane . Do I went next door and got a much better car for $475 at Enterprise . Budget should not do this to people who book and prepay in advance its just a terrible business model .
