I didn't like that they didn't have the car I rented or any electric. The trip cost me $50 more because I would have been able to charge the electric very inexpensively at my house. I had to have a gas car. It was nice of them giving me a slightly better car but I didn't like that it didn't have windows I could put down if I wanted.Reviewed Nov 18 2025

All went smoothly picking up car as Budget is just outside airport exit. When I returned the car the Budget representative had a quick walk around the car, checked fuel was full and said all looks good. None of the normal pointing out marks that were already on the car and me having to pull out my photos from pickup to prove damage was already on the car. Good Experience . They didn't have anything like the car I rented (I rented an electric car and they didn't have any). Instead I was give a huge gas guzzling Ford. They didn't offer any change in the price of my rental.Reviewed Nov 16 2025
