Our overall experience was very good. Great car , nice counter lady, good instructions for pick up and return. However, the car was.DIRTY! Unwashed, bug smeared windshield, and lots of trash inside. Fast food bags, soda, cans, and drink cups. I’m back paperwork from the previous renter. Open box of crackers and lots of crumbs. We have never had a rental car given to us so dirty. We were going to be driving guests around so it had to be cleared out in short order. Not what you want in a rental car.Reviewed May 3 2026

They did not allow me to take the rental after paying for it and signing the paperwork. They left me hanging after my flight was canceled at 11pm and asked me to go around asking if a rental car is available at other rental car companies. I will never go to Budget again.Reviewed May 2 2026
