The rental process was smooth from start to finish. The vehicle was clean-ish some stains and wrappers but that’s okay, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for my long-distance move from Florida to Texas. Pickup and drop-off were easy, the staff was professional and helpful, and the car was comfortable and reliable throughout the trip. They would not rent me the car ss they wanted a doctors letter becauase of my age. This was something buried in the fine print. I dont know if my doctor would have written what they wanted. The gentleman at the counter was not very friendly. He couldn’t figure out how we could use our digital credit card. He then assumed we weren’t a married couple and tried to charge us an extra $13 a day to use my physical credit card. We decided we didn’t want to spend the extra $13 a day. He then mentioned spouses can be added free. When we asked to then put it on the credit card card instead of of the debit card card he said he couldn’t do that until we returned the car.
