I needed to extend my rental. I called 4, 3 and 2 days in advance, dozens of different times each day. yes 2 of those dats were weekend days. No one ever answered or got back to me when I left a message. Communication is very poor at the Moncton Airport location. That has been my experience.Reviewed Jul 14 2026

The car only had just over half a tack of petrol at pickup and it could have been cleaner. The staff responded well, but it should have been fully fueled and ready. We also had issues with the insurance - this could be a Kayak problem. At pickup, I was told we didn't have standard insurance, which I though wasn't even possible. We had to pay extra to get standard insurance! I can understand full cover with zero excess being optional for extra cost, but standard is legally required, so I do not understand why it wasn't included by Kayak.Reviewed Jul 13 2026

I had a car reserved for July 3rd. My flight was changed and budget said I didn't need to change the pick up time bc they hold the car for 24hrs. But when I arrived they had closed for the day more than 3 hours early!! and I was staying over an hour from the airport. I had to call a ride and go back and get the car the next day. They said they were out of cars and had to put me through with avis and I didn't even get the vehicle I had reserved....they only had a smaller vehicle which really effected our transportation on the trip.
