Pros:I LOVE THAT AT THIS LOCATION THERE IS PLENTY OF FREE SAFE PARKING TO LEAVE YOUR CAR WHEN PICKING UP YOUR RENTAL. The counter staff are especially friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get a car you will enjoy driving. Love them!!Reviewed Feb 13 2018

A satisfied customerPros:The surprising part for me was I asked for a nissan altima and instead was given a nissan murano! My wife and son were so excited because it was the vehicle that I wanted to rent before the purchase. SatisfactoryPros:The customer service was good.Cons:They didn't have the rental vehicle ready that I had reserved/requested ao we had to pay more to get the next vehicle class that was ready. Detroit EnterprisePros:Everyone from the shuttle drivers to the people on the desk was friendly and helpful. Coming from Detroit from Florida in December was slightly traumatic. When i got to my car, Steve, had turned on the heater full blast. Steve is my favorite.Cons:Next time I visit during the winter, I will upgrade to a sturdier car.
