Pros:There was no service provided. Only one person at counter and she told us there was no one in the garage and we had to wait 1.5 hours to get car AFTER the paperwork was done. There were over 20 other people in the same situation stuck waiting for the car delivery after the paperwork at the counter was done. We could NOT find the car because we were told the wrong location and had to waste another 15 minutes looking for the car since no one was in the garage to help and we were assigned a car we were not familiar with. The car was good, but the lack of any proper service on a reserved car was pathetic. Drop off was also without any assistance sand we could not find a budget space. then you have to go inside to drop off paperwork, though there is no one there to tell you that, so drop off is also inefficient.Cons:Except for the lady at the counter who was fast, the total lack of service getting a car and waiting 1.5 hours while the garage was full but no one was servicing it, was not right. The will blame it on the pandemic, but this was because there were NO employees working.Reviewed Jun 1 2021

Pros:First car wasn't on the lot - we were sent across from the kiosk to look for a car, for about 20 minutes, that the lot attendant ended up coming out and telling us wasn't there. We were then given a car that smelled of smoke and hadn't been cleaned/ wiped down - there was popcorn on the seats and floor. Budget was a train wreck.Cons:Make sure the car is there before giving them the keys. Never say "they didn't give me a space number, but if you use the lock/ panic buttons on the key fob, you'll find it" unless you KNOW the car is there. Clean the car between users. Air out or freshen the car after smokers. That said, all these seem like common sense things do to for any business wanting to avoid going the way of Hertz.Reviewed May 27 2021
