Pros:The staff was friendly and fast with processing the rental.Cons:The Budget rental counter is not open at BMI. You are directed to Avis rental and the counter service there didn’t open for fifteen minutes.Reviewed May 26 2021

Cons:The experience started pretty rough. There was only one guy working so he ended up being about 45 minutes late opening. Pretty sure he was checking cars, mileage, fuel etc. However myself along with five other customers were not aware of this until later. Two were quite upset, I was just frustrated from waiting so long.Reviewed Sep 9 2020
