There were 40 people in line and one person working. It was crazy! Then when I got my car it smelled like cheech and Chong had it before me.. cigarettes and pot were almost unbearable. Later when we were taking our luggage out, I found a knife in the trunk and threw it out. Car was fine but not a very good experience.Reviewed Jun 23 2026

Inside of windshield was smudge wiped, even with AC front defrost it was smeared that I had to pull over and wipe with some clean socks. Wipers need replacing asap, rained and could not see. Next day I tried to wash and there was no water, completely empty. Read camera was dirty and couldn’t see when in reverse. I did report to MCI Budget. The car wasn't especially clean. The auto drive was disabled due to how the last driver operated the car. One of the reasons I went with the more expensive Tesla was that I could try out the auto drive. Also, there wasn't a sufficient adapter in the car to charge it at my destination.
