They didn't have any cars to rent that day. None at all. I found out at the last minute, had to cancel the reservation, and then 4 days later I got a bill for not showing up to pick up my rental.I've called them twice and both times Budget said they would fix it "right away", but nothing has happened. Ive put the charges into contest with my credit card company. Budget is a real pain!Reviewed Oct 28 2025

We waited in line for 40 minutes, only to be told there were no cars available. Most people in line had prepaid contracts for a rental car and Budget breeched the contracts. Both the experience at the counter and drop off were great. The attendant at the counter had a small issue with her work station as we were the first customer of the day and the screen did not light up for me. She moved to another workstation and got us on our way. The car had an open RedBull can in it that I disposed of. Otherwise it was great.Reviewed Oct 28 2025
