They upgraded car because they didn't have what I reserved. But it took almost 2 hrs and they charged me for a second day saying I returned after scheduled pick up time. (24hrs rental) I was on time I just left facility later than in paper because of waiting for a vehicleReviewed Jun 1 2023

The child/infant car seat options were not great (understandable) and many were broken. I had to sort through quite a few to find a decent one. Other than that it was a great experience. Thank you.Reviewed Jun 1 2023

The car smelled like "pot" and was not cleaned prior to rental. A previous renter had driven the car over 100 mph. The gas tank was not full with 294 miles left on the tank. I returned it with over 350 miles left in the tank. I mentioned the above items to the agent receiving the car and was told there was nothing she could do to correct the issues.Reviewed Jun 1 2023

Very slow service in Buffalo. Charges not explained well. Extra charge put on at drop off that had no explanation. Contacted customer service and they have been very helpful. They responded quickly and rectified things.Reviewed Jun 1 2023
