My experience was AWFUL. The line at the counter was extremely long and moved VERY SLOW. Then, after that 40 minute wait, I went outside to get the car and there were 30 people waiting for cars and they told me it would be at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, they said the type of car I reserved was not available (SUV) but I could take a Chevy impala that had a bunch of dents with X’s marking them on it. I took it b/c I didn’t have the time or patience to wait. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Reviewed Nov 11 2025

After landing at the airport and taking the bus to the rental location. I had to wait in line for well over an hour just to pick up a rental vehicle that I had booked well ahead of time online.
