Pros:Staff was extremely rude. Pickup was fine until we drove out of the parking lot and noticed the tire was flat. Went back to attendant who said "there was nothing he could do"... took a lot of arguing -including being yelled at by staff- to just get them to change our car to another one, which is what they should've done from the beginning. We will never rent with Budget again.Cons:Better customer service. The car was also disgustingly dirty on the inside and smelled terrible. This was unacceptable in normal times and particularly during COVID times.Reviewed Mar 30 2021
