Pros:The price was very good, drop off easy and quick, people speak English which unusual in Turkey.Cons:Pick up takes more than half hour even it’s was not busy, agent was very slow. The car was luxury but was dirty from inside, the floor mats dirty.Reviewed Sep 13 2018

Policy: Rental Car Protection. Policy No.: EUSP2109505133. Budget did not recognize this insurance and said it was null and void as far as they are concerned. They made me sign a disclaimer that I have not purchased any insurance and that all accidents will be paid by me.
