Counter man was helpful and friendly. The issue is corporate! I had a confirmed reservation as did all eight people in line in front of me. The first two of us got cars. All the rest of us were told there were no cars available. While I was there, a truck showed up from Detroit to haul away cars from the Kalamazoo fleet, decimating it, and I’m sure the same thing had happened previously, causing the lack of cars. BAD CORPORATE DECISION! If I can’t count on a reservation being honored, I’ll never rely on that company again.Reviewed Jun 24 2024
