I wasted 90 dollars and 3 hours with round trip cab rides from the airport due to them not having a vehicle for me, despite having a reservation weeks in advance. I’ve never had an issue with budget in the past. Absolutely unacceptable to waste of a customers time and money.Reviewed Feb 6 2025

I was thrilled to find Budget around the corner from my house. When I arrived the clerk was extremely rushed and rude. When I asked if she was doing okay she said "that that was her being polite." She essentially threw the paperwork at me. The car I reserved was not available and I was put in a very large minivan (that I wasn't super comfortable driving) and when I got to the car the carpet was filthy. I tried to ask for a new car and the clerk just waved me off. She didn't even speak to me or say anything about the car upon drop-off.Reviewed Feb 2 2025

Pickup took forever like almost an hour waiting in line and there was literally only 1 agent and the other left for a break with a huge lineup. Then they didn’t even ask me if I wanted to opt in for tolls and just told me I was all set for tolls which they charged me $15 per day. I wouldn’t have spent anywhere near that much in tolls. Same with gas where the agent didn’t explain how it worked and I ended up getting charged a full tank of gas for nothing as well.Reviewed Feb 1 2025
