The Avis service agent who helped me was delightfully helpful. My car was an excellent value. The only curious aspect of my rental was the QEEQ online platform experience, as I did not understand in advance that that platform was the online platform for Avis and Budget, so better communication needed there. Car class reserved 2 weeks in advance was "unavailable". Rental counter provide an alternate vehicle, but the vehicle had fairly significant front end accident damage, was dirty outside (HEAVY coating of dead bugs) and inside (cargo area had lots of dog hair and mud), and one of the rear seats was not functioning / movable.
