Pros:Staff was very unorganized at pickup. Vehicle was not what I reserved and I still paid full price.Cons:Kiosk workers could be educated on their inventory. They could have solutions to fix their shortfalls on site, I customer should never leave feeling disappointed or swindled.Reviewed Sep 15 2019

Pros:The car reserved was ready when promised and clerk was friendly and helpful.Cons:Had to pay for a cab ride from the airport to get my vehicle or pay extra daily free if picked up at the airport. Drop the extra daily free or offer shuttle service to your second rental site - I shouldn't have to pay extra to rent a vehicle from you.Reviewed Jul 20 2017

Deceptive outside USPros:cheap priceCons:In North America, car rental insurance is a well-known scam - it often costs the same amount as the rental. Rented a car with Kayak and bought their relatively cheap car insurance. It was only after purchase that I realised that this insurance was valid in the US only. Very disgusted and angry - not to mention the amount of time and money it took to reverse the rental. Went with another booking company and glad that I did.Reviewed Jul 14 2017

Cons:I was told to pick up my vehicle on a Sunday 9-12 because they would close in the afternoon. They were closed the whole day. I could have picked up on Saturday. They wanted me to wait until Monday, and I could not. I did find vehicle at the air-port but it cost me more that before.Reviewed Jul 11 2016

Will never use Budget ever again!!!!!!!!!!!Pros:PriceCons:Booked rental over 2 months ahead using our debit/credit card. budget verified the card and even blocked off money. when my wife arrived at the terminal to pick up the car the refused to honor their price and refusing to use the same card they had already verified saying it wasnt a true credit card. whats the damn diffrence money is money and it is a credit card. had to go to another car rental place and they used the card with no problem. it just cost us double the price!!!!!! THANKS ALOT BUDGET !!!!!!!Reviewed May 11 2016
