Car was dirty with bugs crawling around in it and we found a previous occupants dirty underwear under front seat - when looking for a hotel key. Also low air pressure on Left rear as well as low on windshield washer fluid. Manger at HHI airport was courteous, but more interested in charging g me and my insurance for a low tire vs trying to make the situation better for this customer. You probably lost a customer as a result of that interaction.Reviewed Jun 14 2025
