Pros:Cars in tallahassee location usually in decent condition.Cons:Pickup / drop-off awful. If theres rain, Avis/Budget requires customers to walk in the rain to terminal to return cars rather than have staff in return lot. Lines in parking lot trying to find a parkingspot(again need staff) and lines in terminal for returns. Enterprise/Alamo/Hertz had on-site stafReviewed Aug 19 2019
