We had a nightmare air travel experience. Cancellations stranded us far from home, and the airline wasn't able to rebook us for over a week. Budget rental car was our savior -- we were able to get in touch with their customer service reps in a timely fashion, and we were able to extend our rental and drop off at a different location without any trouble. Pros:Drop off was terrible. 24 hours after drop off they still haven't closed the reservation and sent my receipt. I called literally 10 times yesterday and got the run around. I'm going to have to contact my credit card and dispute the charge until I hear from them because I'm sure they're going to try to charge me for an extra day.Reviewed Dec 17 2020
